Keine Rückerstattung trotz erfolgreicher Zustellung

Ich habe bei HULKEN eine Tasche gekauft und sie innerhalb der Frist und wie vorgegeben gefaltet und verpackt retourniert. Die Retoure wurde nachweislich auch am 31.12.25 wieder zugestellt. Bisher habe ich allerdings keine Rückerstattung erhalten und man verlangt weiterhin Geld für Ware, die ich nicht mehr habe. Trotz mehrerer Kontaktversuche habe ich bisher keine Reaktion erhalte.
Ich kann nur davon abraten, mit diesem Händler zusammen zu arbeiten.

Hulken is the best bags

Hulken is the best bags! Since I got Hulken bags, I don’t have any back or neck pain. I live in New York City, and therefore to have comfortable, easy going bag is essential! Their costumer service is amazing as well! When I emailed them with the question, the issue was resolved quickly and extremely professional. Thank you so much!

Quick and easy fix by customer service

I had some issues with the wheels on my large bag and was concerned about how it would be handled because I’ve had the bag for approximately a year. Customer service asked for some pics and quickly offered me a new wheel housing for the bottom of my bag. She works beautifully again. My students and I are very grateful.

Awesome bag

I bought the large rolling tote as a gift along with the inserts for my wife. She loves the bag so much so that I bought another one in the medium size along with inserts. I mistakenly ordered two sets of inserts for the medium bag. I had to make a return on the extra set as we wouldn't be using them. The reform was ready to do. It is a little different as they review the return form and then email you the RA after they review. They're were no issues with the return and the refund was done quickly. Not very many companies offer the customer service like Hulken. They even sent follow up emails through the process to make sure everything is going well.

My medium Hulken has been a lifesaver for schlepping things around at conferences, shopping, travel, etc. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis pain and stiffness and the rolling tote keeps stress off my joints. It's a breeze to pull from behind or alongside as I go about my business. I just ordered another for my mother.

The original color that I ordered was out of stock - would have to wait 2 months to get it in the mail. Customer service rep, Alina, asked me if I'd like another color instead - chose the perfect lilac and got both of the Hulkens in the mail sooner than I anticipated. Love how responsive this company is. Very satisfied with my order and customer service.

I love my Hulken totes. I have purchased the large and medium totes. The smallest tote will be my next purchase. Each tote rolls smoothly and effortlessly. Horrible customer service and tracking

I made a purchase of hulken with a color option that is specifically ready for immediate shipping as I planned to use this for my moving. After horrible back and forth request with their AI customer service over email, I was finally able to to get in touch with human associate suggesting either I have to choose different color options (without a note to explain what these are) or simply cancel the purchase. It took me entire week and 4 attempt to hear that the item I purchase simply is not available in their warehouse. I never received their product because the customer service is so slow and I have not received reply yet. I’m sure the product is praised in the media for a reason, maybe due to the actual quality of this bag. However, what good does it do for customers if the product shipping and tracking process is extremely difficult and often gets ignored for days? Not only the price is extremely expensive, their customer service is just below the basic expectation from any online purchase. Maybe they’re too happy and content with their current success but I may dare day that anyone who is willing to use this for practical purposes, it would be a good option to look for alternative products. It will save a lot of your time and effort to deal with the most unresponsive and unsupportive online merchandise. I’m only a few days before my move and wasted about 2 weeks of time to find product to help me out with the durable large sized bug.

ZERO communication

I had purchased a Hulken bag the beginning of December. I never got an e-mail with my order # or any tracking information. I did keep getting e-mails that I left something in my cart so I thought, well maybe I didn't actually purchase the bag so I repurchased a couple weeks later. Again I never received an e-mail with my order # or tracking. The first bag I ordered delivered the day I ordered the second bag. I still continued to get e-mails saying I left something in my cart. I have now been trying to get ahold of Hulken for the last two weeks to return the 2nd bag and I cannot get ahold of anyone. No one will return my e-mails.

The company promised a before-Christmas delivery and failed. I was assured by an agent when I placed the order that it would arrive in plenty of time before Christmas. As Christmas approached, the story changed, and I was told they had too many orders to fill. What!? It is Christmas...did you not plan for this?
