Abrasion on the bracelet
Should be a gift. I received the watch with an abrasion on the bracelet. Contact was made with the service and photos were also sent. I was assured that I would receive a new tape. To date no package has arrived and I have not received an answer to my second mail with the request on that. Now the watch is been lying around for several weeks.

The worst customer service
Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Zero communication. They never reply to emails.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
The watch us gorgeous but after less than a year I can no longer submerge it under the tap when washing my hands even though they state you can up to 5M. I have been trying to get in touch with them for over two weeks. The only response I have had is "what is the problem?" nothing before nothing after. This now makes it two emails, two Tweets, three messages via DM on IG and now Trustpilot. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
