Consumer service /refund

The best word to describe hungerstation is "scam" I made order in May this year, the driver claimed he came, called me and I did not pick call. Left with the order and till today, not delivered and no refund. I have contacted hungerstation via email but not positive response till this moment..... Only a scammer can do that

Horrible delivery and customer service.
I had order a pizza from dominos and i received the carton literally opened and ripped on side.
I went to customer service the second i received the order from the delivery guy and i raised the complaint literally first minute.
They said and i quote "I'll be frank with you, this does not warrant a complaint, we will tell the dominos branch about this issue" and he just freaking cuts off the chat!!.
Insane... how is this a service.

Very bad experience with the app not trusted app

My Experience – Want a Tip?

A few friends recommended that I stop using this app, and after my own experiences, I understand why.

I have placed many orders through this app in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and unfortunately, my food has repeatedly been delivered very late. Despite this, the company still charges a delivery fee of around 11 SAR, plus a 2 SAR service fee, and sometimes additional charges depending on the order value.

I have contacted customer service many times through the in-app chat. On several occasions, I was told that if my order was delayed, I would receive 30 SAR compensation, but in my experience, this promise was not honoured. I found the responses inconsistent and very disappointing.

What frustrated me even more was that some customer service agents ended the chat before resolving my issue, leaving me without a proper solution.

After reading many other customer reviews, I realised I am not the only person who has experienced these problems. In my opinion, the service has not met the standard I expect from a delivery platform.

Because of my personal experience, I have decided to stop using this app. I have had much better experiences with Ninja and Jahez, and I personally find them more reliable.

If anyone would like to see screenshots of my conversations with customer service, I am happy to provide them as proof of my own experience.

Very disappointing. I hope the company improves its service and starts treating customers fairly.

Charged for a Cancelled Order and No Customer Support

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. HungerStation charged me for an order that was cancelled and then made it nearly impossible to get the issue resolved. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of access to a real customer service representative. When a company takes your money by mistake, the least it can do is provide a human being to speak with, yet HungerStation hides behind automated replies and ineffective support channels.

The fact that customers can be charged for cancelled orders and then left chasing their own money is unacceptable. There seems to be no sense of accountability, urgency, or respect for customers. I wasted my time trying to find a solution and received no meaningful support.

A food delivery platform is only as good as its customer service when things go wrong, and HungerStation completely failed in that regard. Based on this experience, I have lost all confidence in the company and will be avoiding it in the future. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects fair treatment, reliable support, or prompt resolution of billing issues.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order that was never delivered. The driver repeatedly told me that traffic was heavy and eventually cancelled the order instead of completing the delivery. I contacted customer service multiple times seeking assistance and a resolution, but my issue was never properly addressed.

What is most frustrating is not just the failed delivery, but the complete lack of accountability and customer support afterward. Customers should not have to spend their time chasing updates, contacting drivers, and repeatedly following up with support for an order they never received.

I expected much better service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend HungerStation until they improve both their delivery reliability and customer service.

They didn’t refund the money!!!
I did order from 2 items and one of this item out of stock the other item i was added just so i can replace the order, they refund the amygor the item out of stock but the other item didn’t refund it and I tried many times to chat with agent ( customer service) they didn’t answer or help me. They steal from

You will be disappointed. Don’t even try

I pay for a premium and still get charged for delivery and fees. Poor customer service and delivery times, automated online support and will not compensate for cold food, missing items and late delivery. I do not recommend using this company

No wonder this company is rated worst

No wonder this company is rated worst. We ordered from Lulu Hyoermarket and delivery was late. As we need to go out of our location we were not able to get the items as ordered. And yet this company refused to cancel the payment in tamara citing it was the fault of the customer. Worst company ever in saudi arabia. I am just inquiring now of the correct government agency to file a formal complaint against this poor company. just wait...

They steal customer money

Items missing from a very delayed delivery that were not refunded. Hours of waiting on customer service. Told them I'll escalate and report and they don't seem to care.

Poor, do not use

A missing item, one of the simplest issues to resolve. It went weeks without a proper solution. Instead of issuing a refund, I was told "it won't happen again" and the thread was closed. No refund, no accountability.

I will not be using HungerStation again and would not recommend it to anyone. If you can't handle basic customer service issues, you don't deserve customer loyalty.

They cancelled my order without refunding my money and the rider is so arrogant need some extra order in order to deliver it while i am talking to the costumer care he cancelled my order and blaming me it’s my fault my god if i can give them a million zero rate i will do it because the costumer care was supporting the delivery to collect some extra money like i don’t have a choice no refund no delivery or else give some money my god this is very bad bad bad bad experience that i have ever experience they are a thieves!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

illegal debit card use

What went wrong how about the fact that somebody is illegally using my damn debit card I've reached out to hunger station asking them personally to not allow any of the transactions to go through had to reissue a new debit card and now I just have hundreds of emails showing up daily even though nothing has gone through these idiots still insist on trying a thousand times over pretty sure this is just another way of funneling money for terrorism and I think that the entire thing needs to shut the fk down

Horrible changed my delivery to pick up and I can’t go pick it up this is absolute and utter rubbish they didn’t give me a refund or anything this was my order #389612198 I ordered from Arby’s and Arby’s didn’t pick up and the phone and hunger station didn’t provide any compensation
