If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered in November and still don’t have the product. When you email they just fob you off and repeatedly fail to give a delivery date and just ignore request for a refund. I have lodged a dispute with the bank to recover my money.

Never received and the customer email support will not refund my money. They are a broken record with "2 more weeks". I ORDERED in November! DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered this in November and have paid in full. I continue to get the same email that my order is processing and they will upgrade it due to the delay. They will refuse to give you a refund and also still refuse to send the product.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order over 2 months ago & still have not received my order. I started a refund/dispute with the credit card I used to place the order. The only option I was given to try & contact the company was by email. Have yet to receive a response to my email. Save your money!!!! DO NOT BUY

I haven’t received my order. It’s been over 4 months. They aren’t reading my emails because they send a canned response back. They won’t return my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Do not purchase from this brand. I ordered in November. Its February. I've reached out to the company three times and they have never sent me any product. 80$ was taken and I have yet to receive a thing. They respond to the emails but they dont take action to resolve anything. I recommend not giving them your money.

This company is a scam. After waiting a month I inquired where my order was. They said two more weeks. I waited, in two weeks asked again, they said another two weeks. It’s going on two months and they tried to tell me two weeks again. Each time I asked for a refund and they never replied to that request. I finally had to dispute the charge on my card. Total scam.

Informed order would arrive early Jan.
Now the end of January and told they are busy and delays and will chase up.
I have requested refund and they have still not done so!

I’d give zero stars if I could. It’s been more than 2 months and still nothing to show for the $80 I spent. Customer service keeps saying they’ve had an influx of orders and it’s slow. I’m having to file with credit card to get my money back. DO NOT BUY I’m pretty sure the reviews are fake and the whole site is a scam.

These did not work. They were not even magnetic. I emailed for a return in early January and have been every couple of days since. After they finally responded they asked if I would just accept a 30% refund and just keep them. They’re useless but i finally agreed to a 50% refund. That has been 3 weeks ago. Each time I ask for an update on my refund I get a “I’ll check” or it’s been requested. They delete any negative reviews on the social media platforms. Their product is trash and their customer service is horrible.

Do NOT trust this site. I ordered in early December and it is now the end of January. They have not delivered the product and have been giving me multiple excuses despite me contacting them via email. I have demanded a refund multiple times and they have not given it to me, telling me to wait 2-3 more weeks (after waiting for a month). Therefore, I have disputed the charge with my bank. SUPER shady company! Do NOT trust.

"Avoid Hunnyfit at all costs. This company is running a blatant refund scam. I returned a defective product and have tracking proof that they received it on January 2, 2026. Since then, I have been trapped in a loop of 'canned' responses from their support person, 'Angel,' who repeatedly claims the refund is being 'processed' or 'submitted' while nothing actually happens.
They originally tried to pressure me into accepting a partial refund just to avoid the 'hassle' of a return—a clear tactic to keep my money for a broken product. Now that I’ve followed their rules and paid for return shipping, they are ghosting the actual payment. This isn’t a delay; it’s theft. I have filed a fraud report with my bank and the Better Business Bureau. Do not give these people a single cent

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Not only does their product not work their customer service is horrific. When you request to return it they try to offer you money to keep them. When I said no they came back and offered my 70% back. I again told them no. Then they said keep them and they will refund me 100%. That was six weeks ago and still no refund. Then on Friday I noticed they are attempting to charge me AGAIN!!! I emailed them and they said they will look into it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!

I finally received the product and it was incomplete and defective. I was told I would receive a refund, but it has been over a month and nothing.

I would give this company no stars. As people say total scam. Two months and not delivered. I get the same generic messages when I enquire.

Totally unacceptable business. Promise of up to 15 day delivery. Once paid for many excises in email as to why they have not delivered nearly 2 months later!!! I have given them so many chances to correct the situation in the 2 months to no avail.

Will not refund for products not received and so have escalated for refund to American Express.

This is a scam -- Ordered and never received the product. Customer service answered my question when I was ordering, but never responded when I wanted to track my order. If you read the reviews, you'll see they're not even for magnetic lashes. I reported this company to my credit card bank and they acted immediately; I feel like HunnyFit is on a list of scammer.

First of all, just be upfront and tell people the product comes from China and to expect it to take a month to receive the product. Secondly, the learning curve to use these is BIG; it took me 40 minutes to get a pair on even after watching the videos. I don’t have that kind of time on my hands and once you get them on, you’ll be distracted all night by the weight of them. When I asked for a return authorization they responded by offering suggestions to watch the videos and when I still said I wanted to return them they then offered a 20% refund to keep them. I figured that was a good indication that returning them was going to be a nightmare so I agreed. Wish I had checked here FIRST!!
