I would rate zero if it was allowed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Took a long time to ship product. Very poor quality. Contacted them to request a return for refund. Almost 4 weeks of being “strung along” by a CS rep who tried to bargain for a smaller refund. Finally got an address to return product. Now almost a month later and still no refund, even thought I was assured weeks ago that the refund had been processed.

I ordered magnet eyelashes from honeyfit, a 75.00 order. I emailed them asking where my order was. They reply with "it's coming" however, they never came. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible experience with this company. Product arrived after a very long wait. I hated the lashes and per their guarantee, contacted the company to return. First they sent some tutorials and asked me to give the lashes another chance. I watched the videos and tried again - still hated the lashes. Contacted them again and they said I needed to provide a video of myself trying to use the lashes. I refused and again asked to return. They asked me to accept a 30 percent refund. I again refused and said I wanted them to honor their guarantee…..no response. Find another place to buy lashes. This company is awful.

This is definitely a Chinese drop site, despite the videos and testimonies that suggest it was invented by a woman for her sick mother. The money back guarantee is almost impossible to get, I have been emailing for a week with customer service and still do not have instructions on how to return. Product is terrible quality. Scam!

Very poor customer service. Product took far too long to arrive. Difficulty getting any response regarding a return and then never giving a return address even though the advertising states a money back return policy.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY the marketing is good but the reality is the complete opposite. Be warned!
