Thank you for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the card, but we’re sorry that the delivery time didn’t meet your expectations.
We do state a delivery window of 4–6 working days on our website, as we currently use Royal Mail 2nd Class to keep delivery free for our customers. That said, we completely understand that delays can still be frustrating, and we’re always looking at ways to improve this.
