My son loves this shop, so as we were visiting the north, we called in, staff very helpful, they even found my old account for me, which had points on it! Hurleys as a good selection of nice quality clothes.

Comfortable experience, no pressure sales tactics.
I was looking for a dress similar to one purchased last year from the I love shunshine range or similar.
The store staff member welcomed us and left me to browse at my convenience. This is something I prefer to do. I don't like being fussed over.
I saw one in blue and commented to my husband that it is a shame it is not in my size.
The staff heard me and asked what size I was looking for, and produced one that was still in its package.
It was exactly what I wanted. She had noticed it on me and said after I was buying it that it really suited me. There was no presssure to buy, just a comfortable experience.

Good Service
I made a mistake with my order, and even though it was just after 6pm, I was able to speak to someone who said that he had thought that it looked wrong, and was just about to call me. The issue was sorted out straightaway, and the item arrived very promptly.
Would recommend, based on the level of service received.
