Terrible communication and excessively slow order fulfillment!! My order showed processing for over a week and I had to send two emails telling them to ship or cancel my order before I received a tracking number, and it was still 3 days before the post office received the package for shipment. Would not recommend using them unless you have weeks before you need to install parts

Worst on line place to order from. Placed an order on 5/16/26, was promised to "ship within hours". Big lie. Order was held for a small item that was "back order". I requested to cancell that item, and ship the rest of my order. No responce. I asked that they can just keep the item when it arrives, and ship the rest of my order. No responce. I requested to cancell the whole thing, No responce. on 5/29/26 the status finally changed to "shipped". I paid almost $17 for a package weigh 5.9 Lb (90% PACKING MATERIAL). They shipped it FedX SURE POST. From FL To MD it is over night delivery with free shipping in most cases. It was finally delivered Today 6/9/26. I no longer need these items since I had to pick them up locally. I could file a complain with paypal and return the order and get my money back. It is only $90 and I am just too disgusted to deal with them again. However, I may decide to do just that. Lesson learned: 1-Read the reviews before you deal with a company for the first time. 2- NEVER DEAL WITH THOSE INCOMPETENT, AT BEST, AND CROCKS AT WORST, PEOPLE.

Said part was in stock but still waiting

Ridiculous way to run a business. You admit your system gives bad information on order timings (was in stock when I ordered, then showing back order to mid June which I can't wait for) and conveniently when I try to cancel you decide it will ship next week 5/25 (still 3 days away) and it is too late to cancel. All this after I try calling twice to cancel and both times get cut off after waiting 20 mins on hold and being told I am next in line!! Clearly just a scam to scalp customers, prevent reasonable cancellations and try to charge outrageous restocking fees. Disgrace

They claimed to have the parts in stock but after I paid they were listed as on back order. Waited over 4 months and called customer service. The person that answered was hard to hear as they were on speakerphone and had lots of background noise including barking dogs. They asked me to hold while they called the manufacturer then came back on the line after less than 20 seconds and said the parts would ship in a couple months. I asked to cancel my order and a refund of my money.
