Absolute Disgrace. Signs are very poor, often hidden behind bushes, and parking bays so they can't be seen. They don't take card only cash and their arbitration seems to be done by their own no doub... Ver más
Avoid Montagu Car Park Mexborough managed by HX car park management. You pay for parking and machine is faulty so doesn't print ticket correctly, you then get a penalty charge notice for non payment... Ver más

Con of a company. Just out to rip people off. Some of us are out and about to to deliveries and collections and these predators are hiding and waiting to pounce.
Appaling and Dishonest 'Service'.
Terrible. Parked in Marco Island in Nottingham we were fined by their number plate recognition in spite of having bought a ticket from the correct machines. I later called the manager of that car park and he confirmed that a glitch in their system had led to fines being falsely issued for a whole day. I appealed and although just confirmed that this was upheld the letter sent still tries to blame us for this even though the fault is with their system issuing fines to cars that have bought tickets as instructed.
Throughout the process of appealing there is every effort made by this company to avoid being contact, and to make it difficult to pursue a case. Simply terrible standards, zero customer service. Their business models seems to be based around fleecing customers for every penny.
The car park is also unsafe as the only way for pedestrians to exit is a narrow ramp that cars are also using to enter and exit.

Gobsmacked! 100% paid to park up at Burnsall 'LIKE I ALWAYS DO' and this lot send me a parking fine. Which i appealed and got nowhere - as the computer said i had not paid (i forgot computers never make mistakes). Stupidly i paid the fine because I don't have the time or energy to be arguing with this shower.

I advice anyone not to use this s... hole car park dont use this car park they full on scammers even if you brought a ticket for 24hours they will still send u a fine thru the post and expect money from you my girlfriend parks in there car park everyday for work one day she paid her ticket 3.50 24 hours she only works part time 5 hours but to be on safe side she pays 3.50 because she don’t finish work sometimes exactly 5 hours later till the store is finished they gave her a fine of £35 for no reason unfortunately she lost her ticket so she couldn’t appeal so I paid it off cuz be unfair for her to pay she’s not even getting paid that much at work they are scum hope they rot in hell and few weeks later I brought a ticket and kept my ticket safe this time and displayed on my car and 2 weeks later I get a fine too when the ticket a brought was for £3.50 all day 24hours and they saying I breeched the terms and condition when all I done was left my car and come back when I finished work the ampr cameras don’t work proper cuz they had different times well neways then I appealed declined my appeal l even tho sent a copy of my ticket the scum I’m not gonna pay them f... them now I’m having to dispute it thru court I’m taking them thru court but will not still pay them scums so advice anyone pls read don’t ignore instead of saving £1 park in NCP car park save u all the headache it’s £4 at NCP 24 hours they 100% genuine in HX car parks across the country I’m from Leicester posted it on the wrong location I’m not giving a penny I don’t work I don’t claim job seekers I have no source of income I don’t own anything and I’m in debts with bank let’s see what happens find out whats court gotta say

What a bunch of thugs! Got hit with a £60 charge for apparently failing to pay for parking. Their excuse after appealing the charge was that I had failed to capture my entire registration number. So they are quite happy to accept the £3 legitimate parking fee but then trip you up on an administrative error. It surprises me that thieves like this are allowed to operate in civilized society and get away with it. As for their appeals process, that is nothing other than a kangaroo court where they are judge and jury!

The worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with, all they are interested in is fleecing money from innocent motorists across the country.
They have a list of terms and conditions as long as your arm as soon as you breech one you are hit with an automatic £60 charge, does not matter if you have a legitimate excuse , proof , evidence or even the original parking ticket as in my case , they are not prepared to listen to reason.
Upon arrival at their car parks you have to input your registration number into their machine, but don't hang about because you only have 10 minutes to get your reg number in or you are hit with the fine, as in my case the machine failed to print off the full reg number onto the ticket , instead only printing two digits , apparently that is my fault and there is nothing wrong with their machines , despite loads and I mean loads of people suffering the same problem, enough people to set up a dedicated facebook group aimed at the unfairness of it all.
Their appeal procedure is just a kangaroo court where it is impossible to win, you are guaranteed to fail and you will then start receiving the threatening letters demanding payment from their solicitors.
They have certainly built up quite a degree of hatred towards them throughout Cumbria with their tactics, to the extent where the local MP is now involved , but they just refuse to meet her to discuss the problems, and so it continues
Just a matter of time until they are driven out of town once and for all.

This company is ripping motorists off on a vast scale. They're pay machines are a joke, regularly only printing 2 or 3 digits of a full VRN. They do not listen to reason, even though you have paid for your parking. They do have an appeals process, (yet again nonsensical) that you are guaranteed to fail. You then go to the IAS, independent appeals service, who are linked to this company via their solicitors, Gladstones.
They send you numerous letters of a threatening nature and if you fight them, you eventually end up in the Small Claims section of a county court. I did, I took them on, THEY LOST. More and more people across the country are standing up to these heavy handed rats.
DO NOT have anything to do with this company, they are going down. And most certainly double check your ticket if you use one of their car parks, which I suggest you don't
Terrible company
Terrible company. Parked in Westgate Car Park, Halifax on 15/11/18. Took time to park in a very tight space, needed to find change to pay. Paid £2.40 for 3 hours parking & displayed ticket correctly. Returned well within the time but fined £60 for being TWO & A HALF MINUTES over the 10 minute grace period. They operate on the time you enter the car park to the time you leave (according to ANPR cameras) NOT the actual time you are parked. My appeal was refused. I shall not be using this company again.
