Habe vor 2 Monaten die Bestellung aufgegeben, warte immer noch auf die Lieferung. Es kam mittlerweile ein Gürtel den ich nicht bestellt habe und kein Mensch braucht.
Mehrmaliger Kontaktversuch beleibt bis heute erfolglos.
Ich will mein Geld zurück, weiss aber nicht wohin ich mich wenden soll und bekomme keine Antwort.
Das ist Betrug!

Habe mir einen Hoodie bestellt. Nach 2 Monaten kam ein brauner Kindergürtel mit Sternchen, das Paket ohne Absender oder Retoureschein.

Commande passée, mais jamais rien reçu. Aucun moyen de les contacter, 150 Euros perdus!

I ordered a 2XL top and when it arrived it was barely an S, although the label said 2XL. The chat service is never online and they haven't responded to any of my emails. Don't buy from them - it's a scam.

I ordered a hoodie that never arrived, its been 2 months now and still nothing...I lost 50£ ✌🏼 don't buy from them!

I ordered a hoodie called Splicing. It came months after when it should have and is the worst quality product I think I've ever received. The pattern matched the image from the site, however was clearly drawn on with felt tip pen instead of the layers of fabric with stitching shown on the site. The fabric is incredibly poor and cheap. I will never be ordering from them again and would strongly advise others not to as well. I checked their instagram and they have all of their comments turned off on their posts, clearly it's a scam.

Scam page! The pants arrived but the cut and design are not what you see in the picture. And there is no customer support because they dont answer any emails. You cant even cancel your order.

Edit: The jeans buttons are broken and the quality is 1/10

The site is a con. Don't be fooled. I spent $160 on clothes 2 months ago. Was assured 10-25 days shipping. Since then nothing has been sent and emails/calls ignored. Use at your Peril.

I kept seeing ads of the website all over Instagram, thought i’d give it a go, I ordered myself a pair of jeans on the 21st of April, it is now the 29th and I’ve seen no progress with the order, I can’t track it, the customer service is so bad, I get no response even though I’ve contacted their Insta and email. Sadly the one time I can afford to make a reckless purchase it comes back to bite me in the back side and now here I am, £51 down and nothing to show for it, I’d recommend of doing the opposite of what I did and don’t buy from Hyper Realm.

Made the mistake of not reading reviews about the store beforehand...I thought it could be trustworthy considering it is being advertised all over Instagram but I was so wrong. I ordered a pair of jeans for £46 and when they arrived they didn't fit but even more surprisingly the button hole was sewn up!! I have requested a return twice through their chat function and heard nothing in a week, I have sent an email using the address they provided me for asking questions, and responded to the email confirming my order and was sent a response back that the email address no longer exists. Please do not buy from Hyper Realm the quality of the products is not worth it and if by chance you are not satisfied there will be no way of returning them :((

Ordered a Scarf for roughly 45$, found it on Aliexpress for not even 10$ shortly after. Wanted to send it back, I also paid for return protection beforehand, still never got a reply. Definitely dropshipping, quality is bad and they will scam you.

Commande passée mais jamais parvenue. Sur le tracking au bout d'un moment ça indiquait retour à l'expéditeur. Impossible de les contacter j'ai perdu 54 euros.

Ordered a pair of trousers. It's been over two months and order has not arrived. Emailed them twice and no response. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a hoodie for my son as a gift. Absolutely terrible quality. Awful fabric, wonky and dreadful quality zip, cheap wonky transfers, no labels at the neck line, wonky pockets, poorly placed hem….the list is endless! No customer service reply at all, no refund….total scam.

I got a jumper but it was the worst quality ever and i never got a response from customer service so i never got any money back. Awful.

You get trash for a lot of money and they will not answer you for a refund! Do NOT buy from them! Their products are so cheap

Don’t buy from this website, it’s a scam. I ordered over $200 worth of items. No response from customer service. Order still hasn’t finalised nearly 2 weeks after placing the order. Originally purchased on the shop app and they’ve since removed their store from the website. Please save your money and buy from elsewhere.

I ordered 2 sweaters, but got send 2 wrong ones. One sweater looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The other sweater had the wrong color scheme.

I tried contacting customer service two times, but I never got an answer... It's safe to say that I will never be buying anything else from this website again. That's a shame because their clothing looks really nice.
