I noticed a discrepancy on my account and emailed to query it.. A few emails back and forth and everything was resolved.
Customer Service was excellent and the fact my query was resolved in a very small timescale was great.

A Generous Gesture.
After emails back and forwards and still not being able to get into the App. I asked for a refund , l was told it's not company policy to refund however they would willingly refund 50%.
I replied they rather keep this . £2.50 !!

I did not authorize a subscription to…
I did not authorize a subscription to Hypnopixels. Just suddenly received an email on 10/1 saying I subscribed and charging my credit card. Not sure how they got that information. I had to close my credit card and get a new one. Beware of this company.
10/12. Never resolved. They offered me half of my money back because I allegedly did not like their subscription. I asked for proof that I subscribed. Never go any. Stopped payment.
We already contacted ths company and the only offer was to cancel the subscription and to give us 50% off because they were sorry we did not like it. Did not address or acknowledge they did not have permission. Glad we put a stop payment on it. Their reply below is insufficient, so again, beware.

I did not open an account but somehow they charged me for service not rendered. It'a apparently common for the company to do this. I had to cancel my CC.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They take your initial payment and then set-up a WEEKLY subscription for the amount of £19.99. I have contacted my bank and they have put a block on this company taking any further payments, but I am £39.98 out of pocket. I now have the hassle of going through the process of getting this money paid back into my account.

A way to relax and have fun
This app has become my favorite way to relax after work. I don't use it for anything serious - I just enjoy trying different filters and seeing what comes out. Always puts me in a better mood.

I did not install the app. I saw a commercial and that's it. I was charged $19.99 and only realized that from an email. When I brought this to their attention, I was offered a 50% refund. I bet they make tons of money doing this.

I think these people in Indonesia are completely taking advantage of us. I signed up, for a $5 fee, to get a haircut and have ideas. Then I get a notice from apple that they charged me $19.99 a week later. I googled on what this is.
Please stop I beg you!! Stop charging people every week, not month but week for $19.99!!! You can’t even click a button to cancel. It is sooo shady! In Indonesia, $20 a week is like a millionaire’s income.

Easy to use

Making old photos alive
Making old photos alive is one of the most emotional features I've ever tried. I used it on a picture of my grandmother, and it genuinely brought tears to my eyes. Beautifully done.
