Jefferson ging “the extra mile” om mijn eerste stappen bij het kopen van een woning duidelijk, geruststellend en vooral grondig toe te lichten. Hij dacht actief mee met mij, zocht naar mogelijkheden en liet me meteen voelen dat we samen de piste tot aan de koop zullen bewandelen, wat voor mij een grote geruststelling was.

Ik kreeg duidelijke antwoorden op al mijn vragen!

Gabriel was super attentive and present. Also very nice and supportive. Highly recommend him and the whole system

Adorce was very supportive and kind throughout the process, and I appreciate that. That being said, there were some issues during the notary process, which caused me some amount of stress. Of course, I would not put the blame all on Adorce, but I wish the communication would have been a bit better.

En revanche voici de gros points d'amélioration :
- Aucune logique de back up
- On m'avait promis un rappel de la part d'un manager, je l'attends toujours
- Mauvaises informations concernant les 1eres dates de prélèvement

- On ne peut pas contacter directement la banque pour avoir des informations. Lorsque notre conseiller est en congés, ses collègues ne peuvent même pas prendre le relai. Cela bloque la procédure !!

One piece of advice: do not rely on the agency and their staff only to get a good deal; that depends on you and you only: get prepared and informed in advance, get to know what you want and need before visiting the agency so they will be able to provide accordingly.
