We bought an air fryer on 04/06/2024 from Amazon. After less than two months of use, we encountered a defect.
I asked for a fix, replacement, and a refund but still haven`t gotten an answer—only random, unrelated answers to the issue.
If I had known that the customer service is in China, I would have never bought this product. If you end up needing a warranty service, it`s an absolute disaster.
I will report them to the UK Trading Standards Authority.
Avoid if you can this company!
I purchased my HYSapientia 24 litre oven on 31 December 2023, after reading complementary reviews. Firstly, I have no issues with the way in which it cooks which is superb. My major issue is with build quality, and with the materials used. Whilst the outside is still pristine, the interior is another story. It is now heavily corroded, and also has a particular smell which is bad for an oven. I have cleaned it using high quality and non abrasive cleaners. The interior layout with regard to the heating bars makes cleaning problematic. After two emails to their Customer Services and no response from either, I am becoming quite disolusioned with this company I have never experienced issues such as this one with any other appliance. Be aware also, that the build quality is not that good and cleaning the unit can lead to quite nasty cuts due to some very sharp edges.

I emailed the company twice days ago and I have not recieved any response at all. The inside of my air fryer corroding after I cleaned it with a non abrasive cleaner as the instruction manuel recommended. I've only had this for about 6 months and this is very disappointing.

HYSapientia dealt with my complaint very quickly indeed and sent me a replacement for the damaged one. Can’t praise service@hysapientia enough, good company to deal with.
I had a minor problem which was dealt with very very quickly and effectively. Customer service and communication from Hysapientia could not have been better. Thank you ++++

Purchased the Hysapientia 24l from Amazon. The stainless steel cabinet has some jaggered edges and looks very shoddy - I've already cut a finger ! Also when switching on there is a clicking noise that comes from the selector knob, which sounds electrical. I'm scared to use it. The quality isn't there. I do believe the appliance is dangerous and Amazon should stop selling this airfryer oven. I've already contacted Amazon about this issue. I will be returning the airfryer and will look for a branded appliance like Ninja.

I have had my HYSapientia 24l oven since Sept 2023. I bought it through " direct-vacuums." Initially, when it was delivered. It was missing the rotisserie parts. After a quick email. They were quickly sent out. I quite like how it cooks things, and was, and still are, altogether, extremely pleased with it. However. (This is why only 4 stars, not 5.) It is an absolute sod, to clean. The inner panels are all pop riveted on, so no chance of unscrewing them to get them out for cleaning. The only part you can remove to clean, is the bottom plate. The spring loaded door, just gets in the way, when you try to get your hand inside to scrub away all the oil etc, that has welded itself to the walls and ceiling, of the oven. I'm a 6ft well-built bloke, with hands like shovels. Not exactly "dainty." I have caught myself, a few times, on the rotisserie parts inside. Cleaning the back wall is especially difficult, especially when fighting with the spring loaded door. Did I mention that you can't even take the door off, because that is all pop riveted too. If the people behind HYSapientia, took notice of the comments, then maybe they would like to address some of these problems. Their idea of cleaning it, is to make a paste of baking soda. Well I have news for you at HYSapientia. It doesn't work. If the insides were made from a different metal, instead of the cheap, thin, alluminium alloy, used. Then we might be in with a chance. I'm afraid, when this eventually goes to the maker in the sky. I will be having a very good look around your competitors. Shame really. The idea is sound, but the practicalities are weak...
I bought the HYSapientia® 24L Air Fryer Oven With Rotisserie Large XXL Digital Knob 1800W on Amazon on 11th October, 2022.
About 10 days ago the Air Fryer didn't work any more and the display showed the following error code: E1: NTC Failure.
On the website of HYSapientia®, in the support area - fault resolution, I could read: "When this error code appears, it indicates that the air fryer oven's temperature sensor (NTC thermistor) is not connected or there is a communication error. This will cause the air fryer oven to be unable to accurately measure and control the temperature".
Another problem was that the light of the power on/off sensor on the control panel didn't work any more, this was a problem when I had to start or stop the oven.
So, I wrote to the customer service and they answered in real time, they wrote me that the item was no longer in production, and that they could send me one of their current hot models 01A to replace my non-working oven. They sent me the link to see the alternative item. As I agreed with the substitution, they asked me the my Amazon order number and they wrote me the tracking number of the new dispatch.
This air fryer oven is fun to use and easy to clean and I couldn't be happier with it.
Food comes out amazing, I think better than being cooked in a traditional oven. Would 100% recommend. Great after sales service too. They really do care.
Customer Services simply sent me a replacement out all within a few days with constant contact and updates. Now I am waiting for the delivery.
A problem can always occur but it’s how a brand handles the problem that makes the difference. The customer service was nothing but excellent.
I highly recommend the air fryer for its functionality and this company for their superb customer care.

I recently bought the HYSapientia® 24L Air Fryer Oven With Rotisserie Large XXL Digital Knob 1800W through Amazon, and added the Rolling Grill Basket.
I had not realised that the latter item, which fits over the rotisserie spindle, does not include the screws to hold it on the spindle, the expectation being that one will use the rotisserie screws. I should add that, as a one piece unit, a single screw would suffice to retain the barrel on the spindle.
I am in my mid-70s and primary carer for the past 4 years since my wife had a stroke, so chief cook AND bottlewasher too, but my hands are becoming arthritic, so moving small butterfly-style screws from one device to another is not an easy option; hence, I asked if it was possible to get at least one additional screw. Imagine both my surprise and delight when, yesterday, I received a second rotisserie set which has allowed me to fit the second spindle and screws to the barrel unit on a permanent basis.
My thanks to the Customer Service staff for their understanding and kind support - yes, the screws were difficult for me to locate in the threads, but I have fitted both so hopefully I will continue to be able to tighten those on the rotisserie forks!
I could not have asked any more of the company as a whole. As for the oven, I have yet to spit roast or "tumble-fry", but I have used it almost daily since it was delivered some 10 days ago.

Bought the 15lt Hysapientia in October .. loved everything about it .. looks good, it’s great quality and great for baking! I had a problem with it earlier this month and expected months of hassle trying to get it sorted out … I was so wrong. Contacted Customer Services who simply sent me a pre paid label to return it and sent me a replacement out all within a week with constant contact and updates. Any brand can have the odd product that develops a fault, but it’s how they handle putting it right. The customer service was nothing short of excellent .. would highly recommend the air fryer for its functionality and this company for their superb customer care.
I also love mine had it over a year now and not used my main oven since buying it. Only real gripe I have is the cleaning of it, yes I know some people don't find it a problem but I'm afraid I do as I don't find it easy to get into the corners/top etc. have caught my hands & wrists a few times now. Don't know why they couldn't have made it self cleaning like a lot of the regular ovens are. Would also be useful to have a spit guard like you can buy for microwaves. Rant over.......😉😉 but still love it
Quick delivery item seems to be good but not had any use yet.
I bought my first HySapientia 15L in December 2022 and immediately fell in love with it. I made gingerbread men, a gingerbread house and other gingerbread shapes and biscuits and then branched out until I was doing almost all my cooking in this great little oven
In June 2023 it developed a fault and contacted them and straight away they refunded me and I bought a replacement at a lower price as it was now on an even better offer than it had been in the first place and they arranged to collected faulty one from my home.
I have been using the newer one every day and so far so good. Very happy with it. I've had a go at dehydrating biscuits to make them crisper and used all the settings for numerous recipes.
I even bake eggs in their shell for perfect 'boiled' eggs every time with hard white and soft yolks. I can make my eggs and toast in the HySapientia at the same time.
It is fun to use and easy to clean and I couldn't be happier with it.
bought 24L air fryer oven so far not used oven or cooker much since great air fryer so far.
delivered quicker than expected also.
Purchased the 15L air fryer in July 2023 and have been using daily since. When cooking dinner the the other night the fryer just turned off. Checked the fuse and no success. Have logged with Hysapienta support and will wait and see how long this process take and will feedback, disappointment that suck a new purchase has failed after only 7 months.

Customer service is definitely a redeeming feature of this brand, but will wait and see how long my replacement oven work hopefully longer than 7 months.

My replacement oven failed after just 1 month, support has offered me a refund and I have now sent the oven back on the 06/04/24 and I am still awaiting my refund.

I have had my 24litre HySapientia since October 2003 and it has become an essential part of my daily baking and or cooking. Whether I am making a bacon and egg sandwich, boiling an egg or cooking a full evening meal I have found it to be very versatile.
On the occasion when I needed assistance with an issue with its operation HySapientia were easy to communicate with and were quick to resolve problem.
I have never had an air fryer before so I find that the instructions and recipe book does little to help me, not sure what settings to cook my food on. Having said that I like the oven and given that I can cook, it has been trial and error.
Very pleased with the Air Fryer Oven and how it works. One star removed as there is a small impact dent on the edge of the stainless steel surround. The dent is less noticeable now its on the kitchen work surface but as already stated very pleased with how it works :0).
