The Tech t-shirt material is high quality, easy to wear and setup - without the hassle of cheapo occlusion straps, Manual is simple to follow and their post-sales support is superb.

Results: it's only been 3 days using it and I can say it definitely gives that 'arms-pumped' good feeling if you follow the instructions, both on active or passive BFR. I am looking forwards for the results a few weeks.

This is my second Hytro BFR shirt, I bought a second shirt as I have had great results & workouts while using my first shirt & so I wanted to have a second to ensure that I always have a clean fresh shirt to wear while training.

Amazing product! Used the bfr top during lockdown with only a resistance band and increased my upper body muscle size and strength! Would 100% recommend! Especially for women looking for those lean arms!

Absolutely love this top and this style of training (BFR). I am feeling stronger than ever whilst my sessions are half the time. Can't wait for the lower body items to land. Excellent piece of kit.

Brilliant Service

I've used Hytro for a few months now and can definitely see a difference. Used as a finisher after my exercise, I can definitely feel the pump! Arms are strong!

Prompt delivery and service - I've used it a few times and I'm seeing amazing results and I love using it for my recovery sessions after a run.

Awesome bit of kit. Really smart and the straps are so well designed, the velcro is soft but really strong and the shirt is made from a really nice sweat-wicking fabric which has been keeping me cool.

You see and feel the effects immediately, something that's a rarity in exercise products. The pump feels great and I've certainly noticed some significant upper body gains since purchasing the Hytro top but also feeling leaner in other places.

Will definitely be using this in the gyms when they reopen.

This is a top class product with a top class customer service team, I didn’t fully understand what BFR was but they spilt it down into bits and explained it perfectly.

Purchased one of the black tops, great fit for me and easy instructions on how to use. The science is well hidden and doesn't get in the way and certainly feel and see the burn during reps - will continue to use regularly

QUALITY PRODUCT! Garment has a quality feel, straps are designed really well and look like they'll stand the test of time, plus they work great. Having used other models this is incredibly effective. Quick delivery with generous bands and protein included! Highly recommended.
