Customer service staff responded in a very timely manner and were helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions and clarifying my understanding of the product I was interested in purchasing.

I wasn't looking to change providers but i4me sent me an email that offered a really good price for what seemed to me to be the same package. I followed up by phone and was delighted to find they could meet all my requirements and still provide me with a better deal than I was already on.
