Signed up for I am moving. I decided not to use it as it was easier to switch everything myself. They are now harrassing me, they won’t stop calling me, leaving voicemails, emails etc… I suspect that it is a scam. After reading other reviews I am now concerned that they will mess with my bills like they have others and rack up debt. Avoid at all costs!

Months ago I signed up to use the service to inform some charities that I'd moved. I decided not to use it to transfer services/utilities. I then recently started getting texts from Thames Water saying I owed them money. After a long conversation, it turns out that iammoving.com had told them I'd moved into an address that wasn't mine. Given this seems to have also been the experience of several other reviewers here, I doubt it's a mistake. The website offers no way to delete your account either. Avoid!!!

I doubt this is a legitimate company but if it is then they are really bad at doing their job. After being contacted by a debt collection company saying I owe money it turns out moving.com instructed a utility company to change my address then allow this person to rack up over £300 of debt. They managed to do this without my consent or involvement. This company could be a useful if it wasn’t a total scam and inept at everything it does.

It's a scam, I thought they just let my current utility services know I am moving. But they called me back (which I actually wanted to avoid by using their service) and started wasting my time by asking unnecessary questions and trying to engage me in getting new utility deals from them. Just a waste of time.

Was called apparently on behalf of my letting agent, my letting agent has said they have no involvement with them

Signed me up for two accounts I had never heard of the companies, as they told me they were the best rates but straight after the calls I found cheaper rates, called back to cancel but they said I had to do so myself so it’s just given me so much extra work

They have tried to phone me 3 times since, just a scam! Completely avoid they are lying about everything

They cancelled our water and council tax without our knowledge or request, absolutely disgraceful

Why is this company allowed to do this without checking with us first, should be illegal!

I did not use this service, however somebody else did and as a result all of my bills were cancelled in error and I started receiving mail for somebody else about their new accounts at my address. I'm pregnant and the last thing I've needed lately is spending hours on the phone to my providers trying to explain and reopen my accounts, over a month later this still isn't resolved as for some providers it isn't as simple as just reopening your old account and so I've lost all of my previous data as a result of this.

This type of service should not be allowed, I can't imagine how many other people this is going to happen to.

Absolutely rubbish. Unless all of your banks, TV & broadband, utility bills and any other subscription or service you receive fall within the 665 organisations listed it’s a waste of time.

Useless, inept, and wasting my time. I never asked for this company involvement, seem to have been instructed by the landlords agent. No response to my email to customer service, and now British Gas in total confusion, so I referred them to deal with iammoving.com, not my problem. British Gas and I are sorted. iammoving.com is the problem - inaccurate information and dates seem to be the problem on the database.
