Great service arrived the next day. Website needs sorting out, every time I order, it finds it difficult to accept the number of products bought. Also says Amex is accepted but cannot use it!

Dear Julia,
Thank you for your review and I’m truly sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive as expected. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
I’m pleased to let you know that we’ve since added a note to our shipping information at checkout to make it clearer that orders placed by 12 noon on the same day qualify for next-day delivery. We hope this will help avoid any confusion in the future.
We appreciate your understanding and if there’s anything else we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Warm regards,
IVC Customer Service
