Excellent Customer Service, Beautiful Top Quality Product.
I made a couple of calls to ask questions and nothing was too much trouble for the customer service agent. When I placed the order, the customer service agent again went above and beyond to deliver what I needed. He was friendly, helpful and professional and organised the delivery for me, which arrived on time, as promised, even with all of the delivery delays at the moment and the item was just what I asked for.
Best customer service I've had in a very long time, will definitely buy from Ice Jewellery again.

The black diamond ring is outstanding
Very delicate and well finished. My wife loved it. Also, Ice let me know they had a delay on their end and offered Express Shipping with no extra cost, which was great.
