Customer service team was so kind and patient when I ordered the wrong size of rings. Camilo was very responsive and advising which sizes were available. After a few back and forth I received the right sizes and had the wrong sizes returned, refund was received the next day.
The delivery was also through Express (by complimentary) because the CS team learned that I would like to receive the ring by my Christmas party. SOOO CONSIDERATE AND MIND READING! I'd like to say a huge Thank you to the world class customer service team, you are so kind and empathic.
I will definitely recommend all my friends.
