I recently had an issue with my road bike rear wheel which I thought was a simple buckle so I took it into I Cycle.

After inspection, Martin really helpfully identified a small crack in the rim. After his advice I contacted the wheel manufacturer and they offered a free repair. My next issue was that I couldn’t remove the cassette as it was on too tight. Without fuss and this now being my second visit Martin removed it without fuss and free of charge.

This is a shop with staff who are who happy to help and advise along with great customer service and the reason I am offering this review, having also shared my positive experiences with friends who have also used the shop.

Very helpful and nice. Especially since i was after a very specific bolt.

Took my bike in for a full service and new seat too- service was completed ahead of the planned date and is like a new bike!! Cannot fault the service and knowledge of the staff. Thank you

I had a great experience hiring a road bike from i cycle. Would definitely recommend for hire, repairs, and any bike needs! Ian in particular went above and beyond to help at the end of the day.

Kindness is often in short supply these days but not at icycle in Clitheroe. Took a bike in today with an over greased chain, was shown how to maintain it better (in a way that wasn't patronising) and offered a place on a free cycle maintenance course. That's excellent customer service.
