Ordered a cut-to-size doormat at the weekend and it arrived Tuesday lunchtime. Looks brilliant. Great service. Will use again!

Ordered a branded internal mat for our sunbed shop. Design looks great and critically they moved heaven and earth to get this done in an expedited fashion to get this ready for our opening.

Awful. Have ordered a personalised mat and preview which looked great. The mat has arrived with great design but in the wrong colour. Being told I should order a swatch and hoover the mat to lift the pile is not acceptable. Avoid by all means necessary you will pay for something you can’t use extremely disappointing

I have just unpacked my new Waterhog door mat and I am absolutely delighted. It is a sturdy and quality product and doesn’t slip on my ceramic floor tiles plus the camel colour looks classy and natural. It took two weeks to arrive and came in a strong cardboard box without the need of any surplus plastic packaging. I almost didn’t order this mat as the carriage charge seemed alot but in fairness I just couldn’t find anything as good as this and in the size I was after, so overall it was a very good purchase.

Came quickly and was easy to trim using a Stanley knife to fit perfectly! It looks really good

Great mats, cut to any size, delivered quickly, decent price. Will buy again. Wider colour range would be nice!

We are delighted with the logo mat we recieved for our rugby club! It looks great and we've already had lots of positive comments about it. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We would happily recommend them to others.

I got two 'remove shoes' mats,
the designer was helpful and they look pretty good.

Be very careful when you approve your design, the visual they send you is not what you need to review !

They incorrectly put the wrong backing which means my mat slides on carpet making it dangerous. Stating the floor type in an email is not good enough.
You need to wait until you get the invoice and then check the floor type on that. When this is wrong you need to hand amend this and send it back to them !

Mat looked ok when it arrived but sadly no use as its dangerous.

The website looks promising with a simple way of getting a quote and ordering. The problem is, after I went through the process, three different members of staff gave me three different reasons why they couldn't supply what I need - despite it being advertised on their site. If you want an original logo on an outdoor logo mat, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Note: Specialistlogomats.co.uk is the same company, so they can't supply the Loop mats they advertise either.

We came across ideal mats on google, I made contact with them regarding a design i had in mind for 2 mats, I received some designs proofs to see what i would like, i made a decision and was offered samples of the colours that were going on my mat design if i wanted them, I personally choose to brave it and go with it / hope for the best, The colours are a little off on the computer to what is printed which is normally the case and the reason they offer the samples so bare that in mind if you set on certain colours having to be exact. I was really happy with the outcome, The mats look great in my store showroom, the quality is great, everyone has commented on them. I would highly recommend this company and would happily use them again. I'll be honest I had not seen the reviews on here before ordering and if i had that may have put me off a bit, but going from my experience they have been great and their work is a very good standard, so give them a chance, I'm glad I did.

Ordered a custom door mat that never arrived. On emailing Ideal they told me they had spoken to the courier and arranged redelivery twice. I have a video door bell and no redelivery attempts were made. Ideal refused to pass on the contact details of the courier to me and instead kept attempting to reorganise redelivery on my behalf without checking if I would be in to receive the parcel on that day. Their telephone line is not manned and they do not act on any messages left. I requested that they instruct the courier to return the door mat and refund me but I have recieved no response. I am now having my bank claw back payments as no goods were recieved.

Really annoyed . Wanted a decent mat for the entrance of the business with a personal logo on it got none of that but I did get the thinnest mat I’ve ever seen in my life and it cost over £200 what a waste of money looks like an off cut . Very disappointed indeed and have asked for my money back .

Utter rubbish customer service , sent one proof and then sent a final completely different. Then corrected and asked me to pay, which I had already done. Then said they would make until I repaid!!!!! repaid for what? I hadn't even got a decent proof and I has ready paid for one which I had got! madness!!!! cant talk to anyone , emails to the service team are frustrating!

Poor quality
I ordered 99 x 66 and the May they sent has a 1/2 cm run out so it looks a mess

It is also badly cut

Apparently the ta and calms say it could have 2.5 cm run out on its 99 cm ; imagine how tough that would look but this company says that is acceptable

They also said as they sell many mags without issue they didn’t see my issue

Make your own mind up but a fitted mat that doesn’t fit and can be up to 3 cm /100cm out is not my idea of a good product or a fitted mat

It may be worth using recorded calls for quality and training purposes for your customer service team who have spoken in a very disparaging way in response to a very simple customer question.
