We've worked with Jordan Haines at Ideal Utilities for several years now, and I genuinely wouldn't use anyone else. The service has been consistently excellent from day one. Jordan is proactive, regularly gets in touch with better deals before our contracts are due, and takes the hassle out of dealing with energy suppliers.

One thing that has been particularly valuable is that whenever we've received calls or emails that we're unsure about, we've been able to contact Jordan, who is always happy to check whether they're genuine or a scam. Having someone knowledgeable we can trust to confirm what's legitimate has been incredibly reassuring and has given us real peace of mind.

Jordan and his team are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. It's reassuring to know someone is always looking out for our best interests and helping us keep our energy costs under control. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan and Ideal Utilities to any business looking for outstanding energy management support.

harassed me with multiple calls in the space of one hour, clearly think they are the most important people in the world and everyone should drop what they are doing to listen to their wonderful sales pitches. cowboys. avoid.

Be very careful with these people , I agreed a contract with them not knowing I was in an auto renewal with the previous supplier, I then contacted them apologising once I'd found out I couldn't switch, so could not continue with the contract, the guy on the phone said that my previous supplier is known for this and they don't agree with this or condone it , seemed helpful and understanding, the following week I received a summons for £1300 for loss of commission! ... when I contacted the party acting on there behalf they couldn't provide me with a brake down of the bill and why it was so much , if someone spent a few hours on my behalf I wouldn't expect them to do this for nothing, and willingly pay for there time as a company, but £1300 for a phone call is scandalous, the company working on there behalf did offer me a 30% discount if I agreed to pay without going to court , my bill was £800 in the end , £800 for a phone call ! Shocking ! Really disappointed and out of pocket for a completely that tells you there here to save small businesses money .. avoid at all costs

Have been with Ideal Utilities for some years now after our previous broker disappeared. They've been excellent.
Last year I dealt with Jake Myers at the time of our contract renewal and he really went the extra mile to ensure that I got the best deal. Explains everything very clearly and a really straight-up guy to deal with.
I had cause to contact him again recently about an issue to do with our Feed-in Tariff for solar and, again, super-helpful. Thoroughly recommend Ideal Utilities based on my dealings with Jake.

I was Contacted earlier today by Jay. I am extremely cautious when it comes to using a broker as I have been stung massively in the past by using one but Jay was so lovely on the phone.
