Once again ideal world cherry picking review... I ordered chil tex pillow cases... Peter the presenter was so gushing!!! ( I should have been suspicious) these are cold to the feel.. Even cold through your pillow cases even when you wake up you will feel the coldness.... Utter rubbish all the above is untrue.. They are semi quilted 40% nylon and 60% polyester as on the label... I have sent my 1 star review to ideal world.. Yet again not posted on the website I have emailed them and they replied... It takes 14 days to post reviews... Just enough time to present the item again and they will hopefully get rid of the stock of these just zipped pillow cases... My suggestion just go to Dunelm and purchase a pair of there excellent high tread count cotton zipped pillow cases for about half the price of the rubbish ideal world are trying to pedal!!!!

Only have ued this company once and TBH the worst company I have ever used, the presenters are pure amateurs, they use the worst couriers in the uk in evri, the company that turn up when they feel like it, I have waited in all day expecting a delivery and get an email at 16 15 in the afternoon saying they wont be delivering today, if I ever receive my order I will close my account and never use again.

I'm looking at the fans they're selling. Very dubious claims about cooling room down a room. A 50 quid fan too. Saying it will cool down a whole room. Nope. It will circulate the hot air. Cannot break physics.

Ideal World gone downhill and new models (if you can call them that! ) are rubbish. Won't shop there now.

I ordered a very expensive item from ideal world called the Lunamour facial Device. I used it for about 1 minute thought it was a complete waste of money. Only to have it returned to me if it’s been used.Think it’s utterly disgusting they don’t tell you that on live tv. So Beware your just meant to look at it in the box.so I’m stuck with a expensive item never to be used again never will I order from ideal world again with a bit of luck it will be taken off air again. I’ll stick with QVC which you can return anything and everything worn or not they are the best on TV. So all ideal world shoppers you get so much more better items from them and most are named brands to I’d ditch them and move over to QVC.

Ideal world owes me a refund from goods bought weeks before they went bust last year. The goods were returned to my local Asda store last year. I have tried emailing them on numerous occasions. The emails are returned by the post master with the same negative response. I'm now hoping my bank will be able to get my money back.
They have been taken over by TJC but they refuse to help even though my details are on their system.
I'll never shop with IW again.

Terrible customer service like most shopping channels. Very expensive to order. Thé programme should be called Un Ideal World like the world is!

I am fed up with Mike Mason miss leading and sometimes he tells lies or bends the truth in his favour and all of the hype he says. Also I blame ideal world and TJC for letting him say these miss truths. He treats us customers like fools. He keeps on saying send it back we provide you a returns label what he does not say it cost you £3.99 something else he is missing leading us. I have bought 2 things from them and the quality is dreadful. I also tried closing my account I emailed twice and phoned them twice they asked why so I told them as above, up to today my account is still open and that was 2 months ago

Absolute shambles.
Took my money then when I questioned when I would receive my goods. Was told they are in a pre order.
No mention if this on my order confirmation and was showing in stock on the website at the time of ordering

Was a great shopping experience now really poor, looks like a second rate show now.

Dreadful since the relaunch very poor customer services info . My recent order I was told was on hold then instock then finally told was out of stock . Hopeless info from them. I should have learnt by now not to order from them . Terrible .

Purchased t shirts. In stock when ordered. 2weeks later out of stock.! Miss selling again. Asked for money back. I wait in anticipation.

Hard sell tactics,i have put an official complaint with offcom as to the way certain presenters push you to buy......you must buy it.....you need this.....go buy 2.....this is surely breaking rules as a hard sell,this is how they work on the elderly and vulnerable.
This must stop so please visit offcom and fill out the simple online form,lets put a stop to this,any salesman will tell you that you can't hard sell door to door so why can they get away with this on tv.

Why didn't i read reviews on this trust pilot first as other one it mainly good reviews. I have recently fell for buying the opatra products 🤦‍♀️and a perfume.
1st dermi eye plus- used for 3 weeks my eyes Just looked more puffy thought it maybe just red light.
2. Therma pad. Actually not bad just for heat good but soon as stop it back to square one.
3. Glow mask pro. Been using since had it can't say it diminishes and wrinkles looks same and have used many times but the yellow light does give a little glow but again not seeing any results. Got a free dermi neck with it not seeing anything but not used lots so maybe will eventually.
4. Wings perfume. Now this i seriously can't understand the hype presenter was spraying and the guest saying how it will be your signature scent so of course i fell for it received sprayed on me and it smelled like really cheap linen candle on me let my teenage daughter smell and her words it smells like a old person perfume yet the reviews saying how they bought for teenagers etc and how wonderful it is now i tried writing a review on it and low and behold it not up and there reply was it clear my cache or log out etc now i never have problems leaving reviews. But there one on saying how it wonderful. It only my opinion.
5 derma eye thought i try this instead of red light but only arrived today so not used yet.
I can only watch Natalie but i keep falling for hard sell but when i finish paying flexi pay which now be few months i won't be ordering again.
Tried watching the mail presenters but it like a market stall trying to sell cheap tat. The return is awful cuz soon as u open it you can't return not like other chanel. Sorry for long one but i feel stupid for falling for it and so much money wasted. Cuz i would have returned a few things

I was happy to see Ideal World back on tv but so disappointed, it's cheap and tacky, the new presenters are awful. The tv schedule showing on Virgin doesn't match with what's actually being shown on tv. If I see another presentation of anymore of these Opatra light therapy masks etc I'll scream! I'm sorry to say I will stick with QVC. Sorry Ideal World but you're a joke now.

Order number 01008912 mens after shave, this item was ordered and paid for aprox 2 weeks ago.
No delivery to delivery to date, I have contacted Ideal World on numerous occasions by email.
They assured me this will be taken care of but as yet no delivery or refund.
I called the helpline, was asked to join the queue and they would call me back, you guessed it, no call back.
Absolutely rubbish Ideal World.
I have just noticed on another site that Ideal World, are still advertising for sale the mens fragrance, W by William Hunt.
Do not purchase products from this company it's obviously a scan corporation

This channel needs to be taken off air immediately for false claims. So called ‘beauty devices’ with ‘red light’ therapy being sold under FALSE claims by pushy unprofessional female presenters (one in particular called Natalia) on early every morning. Scammer presenters taking ridiculous amounts of money from poor unsuspecting viewers who unfortunately are believing the hype. Don’t know how they sleep at night! If you google Red Light Therapy - the proper clinical trials are not referring to these cheap hand held, probably ‘Chinese factory made’ devices charged by a usb?? with Christmas tree leds! which have absolutely no relevance to proper Red light therapy that is conducted and measured professionally in the medical industry by the power and size and luminescence etc of the bulbs before it can have any effect at all. I cannot believe this channel is able to get away with this. Where is trading standards? I tried to contact them about the so called clinical trials and dubious before and after photos but was fobbed off by untrained customer service staff. Strangely it seems impossible to open reviews, handy for them! Also return policy is unused and unopened? Also very handy! Stick to QVC who at least abide by the guidelines and don’t sell tat. Save your well earned money. I shall be taking this further to trading standards 😡🤬
