Excellent service during sales process and after care process

I regret ever purchasing from Ider Furniture and want to warn others to avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a 3 seater sofa, extendable dining table, dining chairs, coffee table, TV wall unit, and TV base unit on September 2023. From day one, the problems began:
• The dining table arrived with damage on the edges.

• The coffee table broke after placing less than 8kg on it and all the legs collapsed, showing just how poor quality the materials are. Later, I discovered the coffee table legs were actually plastic, not wood, which I have never seen in any so called “high quality” showroom or factory.

• The TV wall unit and base unit also arrived with damage, and the parts are not even lined up properly.
• My dining chairs didn’t even arrive with the first delivery; they were delivered months later.

When I complained, it took them weeks to send someone, and even then, all they did was replace one panel while ignoring the rest of the damages. For my coffee table, they simply reattached the same broken legs! An unbelievable level of unprofessionalism.

Later, when I finally opened the extendable part of my dining table, I was shocked to see that it didn’t line up with the rest of the table at all. The extension looked completely mismatched, with one edge in a totally different colour! Another clear sign of how careless and cheap their workmanship is.
Less than two years later, I needed two armchairs to match my 3 seater sofa as well as my dining chairs. I repeatedly specified that I wanted the same fabric and shade as my dining chairs and same legs colour as my 3 seater sofa. After weeks of waiting, the armchairs arrived in a visibly different shade than my dining chairs, with the wrong colour legs which were also damaged. The backrests are poorly designed, leaning too far back and not at a proper standard.

When I asked them to at least re cover my dining chairs to match the armchairs, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they told me they could send me fabric, but I’d have to pay someone else to fix their mistake!
On top of all this, the showroom staff particularly a representative named Kamil in their London showroom was unhelpful from the start. Despite my repeated requests for him to come and inspect the issues, he never followed through. Instead, he claimed I couldn’t get any repairs or guarantee because I had not paid a £225 balance for the order I placed in 2023. For the record: I withheld this payment because my dining chairs arrived months late and because many of the items were delivered damaged or of poor quality (with photos sent to the company as proof).

This company sells cheap, poorly made furniture, provides terrible customer service, and refuses to take any accountability. They are based in Turkey but operate showrooms abroad, tricking people into thinking they are trustworthy.

What should have been an enjoyable experience furnishing my home has turned into endless stress, wasted money, and complete disappointment.

My advice: Stay far away from this company. Their products are low quality, their service is appalling, and they simply do not care once they have your money.

Great to deal with Ider. Most items can be made to order and adjusted to fit your dimensions so if you don’t see exactly what you want it doesn’t mean they can’t make it for you. Hundreds of fabrics to choose from. Lovely people to deal with. I’m more than happy with what I have ordered from them and will be back.

I ordered a gorgeous pair of grey armchairs from Ider Furniture, and although there was an initial delay with the delivery times, everything was eventually sorted out smoothly. Kamil was responsive and kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated.

When the chairs finally arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful they looked in my space. The grey fabric is elegant and timeless, and the bold geometric patterned pillows add the perfect touch of modern flair. They instantly elevated the look of my living room.

Comfort-wise, these chairs are excellent — supportive yet cozy, ideal for relaxing, reading, or having guests over. The build quality is clearly top-notch.

A special mention to the delivery drivers, who were incredibly kind. They took the time to unwrap the chairs and even screwed in the legs for me, which made the whole process so much easier. That extra care really stood out.

Despite the slight delay, I’m so glad I went with Ider. These armchairs were absolutely worth the wait!

At beginning when I contacted the shop Ekrem was very honest and gave me the details I asked all and even gave me the flexibility to come and take the sofas measurements at my property as I was hesitant to buy from another place and when I came to the shop the assistance was excellent too she offered me enough time to look around what makes even more amazing one of the sofas been delivered quickly and the Ekrem made very clear how I wanted to be as my mother has health issues the delivery men were very polite and professional too thank you for everything I will be a for ever costumer from now on

ider furniture is a wonderful family run business. They have such wonderful unique pieces of furniture. I ordered a lovely green velvety sofa that can revert into a bed. it was worth the wait. Kamil the owner of the shop was very helpful in assitng me to select my sofa. He was very patient and friendly. My sofa is now situated in my sitting room. I am enjoying it. I highly recommend this shop.

I recently purchased a sofa bed and dining table from this store, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The quality of the products is exceptional, and both items have become wonderful additions to my home. The team was incredibly punctual, showing up exactly when promised, and their attention to detail really shows in the products. I had a good shopping experience with very the nice sales people at Ider Furniture and ended up with a couple of very good sofas with a reasonable price.

The delivery happened faster than what was promised which is always nice.

But the assembly didn't go as planned and there were some complications when the delivery team tried to attach some loose bits. I've also found a few defects after a couple of days.

So in summary, very good material but not perfect.

The entire experience with Ider Furniture has been brilliant. From visiting the showroom to receiving the order, Kamil has given us great support throughout the process and we really appreciate his help, delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful too.
We have been trying to find a sofa we liked for months and finally came across this perfect one that looks great in our living room and we absolutely enjoy sitting on. Sofa quality is great with plenty of choices for customisation. Overall very good experience and highly recommended.

We were so happy with the service provided. Kamil the manager was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the deal from the time we put the order until delivery. He visited us at home to take the measurements and gave excellent advice in choosing the right furniture. He has excellent communication skills.
