Bought the hidoes b6 bike from this company stopped working after two weeks of use emailed them and seemed they were happy to help but then blocked my email and cannot contact them now dodgy company do not buy from this website!!

Faulty Ienyrid ES60 Scooter
Brought an Ienyrid ES60 Scooter arrived on time but when I took it out the box the rear mudguard was broken so I couldn't attach it and the headset handle bar was faulty so it wobbles back and forth even after you tighten it so I cant ride it I have tried contacting Ienryd via email and WhatsApp but no reply it seems I am left with a faulty scooter and £1000 out of pocket I am so disappointed as ienryd say that have great customer service support I will keep trying and update.your customer service needs improving.i have spoke to ienyrid and they are sending me a new mudguard which is good thank you ienyrid but the loose head set I had to fix at a cost of£50 to myself and my time so disappointed in ienyrid as I sent them the videos of the headset via there what's app number but they just didn't want to take responsibility so I wouldn't recommend buying an ienyrid product.also I don't like leaving bad reviews for anything if the company would just reach out and replace the scooter I would be more than happy.UPDATE# DONT BUY THIS SCOOTER CHEAP CHINESE PARTS AND POOR QUALITY. AND TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYERS BEWARE.,!!!

Being new to electric scooters, I asked loads of questions, and they were patient as anything and helpful. Good service all round!

The iENYRID ES1 is a beast, proper powerful! It's got awesome acceleration, making it easy to keep pace with my mate's quicker scooter. I'm loving the speed!

This iENYRID scooter is brilliant! The suspension is fantastic, making the ride comfy, even when the pavement isn't the smoothest.

Got the ienyrid s1 and it's mint! The battery lasts longer than I thought it would, and it's got plenty of power for tackling hills, which is ace.

This iENYRID ES1 feels like a game changer for me. I was surprised how quickly I got used to riding it - it's so easy to handle!

Flat tyre out of the box tube had puncture,plus battery charge symbol faulty

Everything else on the iEnyrid M1 scooter is fine except the battery life, I literally charged it for 8 hours just to only get under 2 hours of riding smh..

Ordered this over a week ago and still not here

Like the scooter 100%..but the controller broke after only 200 miles but because it was over the three months warranty they would not replace..i messaged back and said surely a good will gesture would be to replace it..but they refused.
