Excellent service highly recommended
Excellent service from first contact a few weeks ago to inspection on 21st October loft insulation air circulation fitted on Friday 24th October and boiler with all radiator thermostats and units on 28th October my 85 year old mother is very happy and can now keep warm this winter and finally get hot water as her old boiler had failed both installation teams were excellent as was the original inspect and more was done than expected thank you all

A smooth service from start to finish.
It was easy to apply and within a week we had a survey. The survey was completed on Wednesday and works started Saturday.
All tradesmen were polite, hard working and clean and we received a follow up call on the monday.

I am thrilled that I got referred to…
I am thrilled that I got referred to Igni as it’s so difficult to find companies that you know you can trust. I was made to feel at ease from the first phone call, and the level of communication was good throughout. The various workman that came to the house worked hard and we’re happy to answer any questions I had. I’m so happy to now have my lovely new boiler and loft insulation, and can finally look forward to a warm and cosy winter!

From submitting my application to the completion of the project was seamless. I just submitted my application and IGNI did the rest. They were in touch within 24 hours and the whole project was completed within 5 days. The surveyor and the boiler installation engineer Suki were exemplary just excellent; courteous, knowledgeable excellent customer service care. Thanks to the guys at the office who kept me informed throughout the process and checked how the work going. My house is now warm and comfortable. Thanks IGNI.

Personal, friendly, and professional experience
I’m absolutely delighted with the service my mum has received over the last few days and especially today when her boiler, insulation and extractors and vents were installed.
The installers and trades people were professional and courteous throughout, they looked after my mum who is 90, and nothing was too much trouble.
There was no mess, and no problems or issues whatsoever and she (and therefore I) am over the moon with our whole experience.
If you’re on the fence I’d definitely recommend this company.
It’s such a refreshing change to receive such a personal and friendly service and I’d book them again in a heartbeat.

Very impressed
Very impressed, everything was explained fully, the application was simple, and the installation was quick. Any time I had any questions I had a response straight away with little to no wait times on the phone. The installers were polite, helpful and cleaned up after themselves like they hadn’t even been. I was a bit cautious when I first got in touch asking what’s the catch, but there is none! I would highly recommend!

We had loft insulation extractor fans…
We had loft insulation extractor fans and a boiler, old boiler and immersion tank removed and can’t believe it was all free! And so fast! Spoke to them on Monday and they came and started work on Friday, was all finished by the following Monday! Quick and efficient workers, and tidied up after themselves fairly well! Thank you

Absolutely spot on, recommend to anyone wanting to be warmer this winter

I enquired about government help through igni and was contacted within hours
Within 48 hours I had a survey done and within 48 hours after that I had cavity walls insulated, there was zero in! My loft was topped up with insulation, 2 vents 1 in kitchen and 1 in bathroom
Being in the loft is a messy job, the lads made minimal mess clearing up as they went and were very respectful of my home, they started at 9am and didn’t finish until 5.30pm and never stopped
I’m over the moon and hoping this winter will be a warmer one, I’m confident it will be now having insulation!
I’m having a new boiler and trvs put on the radiators so looking forward to that being organised
Having had to go on benefits after packing my full time job in to care for my Mam until she passed away I’ve not had to pay anything to have this work done which is absolutely amazing, I certainly could not have afforded work on this level myself
Thankyou igni for keeping me informed every step of the way, being professional and polite on every phone call and email
I can vouch that this is genuine for anyone being sceptical and ‘too good to be true’ it’s definitely real
Anyone needing help to keep their home warmer and more efficient look no further, get it done now before it’s too cold

It is rare these days to find a company so efficient. All three installers were polite, on time and very respectful. The whole process from application to completed installation took just seven days, amazing!

Outstanding Service from Igni.
From filling the online application to igni regarding a new boiler and cavity wall insulation, I received a call the day after from a lovely lady named Sarah, and was so nice and straight away put me at ease. The service from igni was excellent from start to finish. All involved very polite, courteous, professional and left all the work very clean. What can I say , Well I phoned igni on the 22/9/25 . Survey done on 24/9/25 and fitted a new boiler on the 27/9/25. They also upgraded my radiator’s with new thermostat and insulated my loft.
I couldn’t be more happier the service was impeccable.

I’m very very disappointed
I’m very very disappointed, I’ve had 2 surveys completed over the past 4 weeks. My boiler has broken down 6 weeks ago, I’ve not had heat or hot water. My boiler is 25 yrs old, I’m a pensioner. Because I have loft and wall insulation I’ve now been told I don’t qualify.
I think the truth is that I’m not able to claim benefits as I’m just above the limit. I’m so disappointed and don’t know what I’m going to do now. I just don’t have the funds to pay for a new boiler. Just have to keep going to bed early to keep warm 😢

Unfortunately eligibility for funding is determined by government backed schemes, which typically require applicants to be in receipt of a means tested benefit. This is not something we control, and it is heartbreaking when individuals like yourself fall just outside the criteria despite being clearly in need.
We did explore the local route on your behalf as well, however your property was not eligible there too. We genuinely wish we could do more.
We are truly sorry we couldn’t help further on this occasion. If circumstances change or new schemes become available, we would be happy to reassess your situation.
