Placed an order and was never contacted about it. Emailed them and it was never answered. Avoid doing business here.

Ordered 80 Diaries with our company logo and individual names on the cover. Highly recommend this company

I ordered lighters from Igo a couple of times now and never an issue, customer service was very good and the lighters arrived in reasonable time. I would definitely recommend Igo if you need these.

Kept receiving invoices for stuff I didn't owe. Linda was great to work with, And the turn around was quick. Production sent some items to the wrong address.

I had requested to be delivered on the website in our new address but for some reason your team did not receive it on the system and the gifs arrived 4 working days after the day that should be delivered. Another point is inside the gifts inside the box are dusty. I am very happy with Igo Promo but if those points can be fixed will be great request next year again or any moment that we think that is time to buy more gifts to our clients.

Very good service - I came to IGO with a last minute order, and while we weren't able to make that deadline we went ahead with the order. The sales rep I spoke to was very helpful, communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. It was affordable and fast and the end result was of a high standard. Would recommend.

Linda at IGO Promo was very efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. Shame about the quality of the products, we were expecting better.

The engraving on all 3 Cross pens i ordered is very poor. We were meant to present these to 3 colleagues for doing a great job on a project but they could not be given. I need to return these. I have no idea how anyone passed these at a quality control step.

We had issues with another company and found IGO Promo last minute.
They bent over backwards to help us due to the limited time frame, and our contact (Matthew) was wonderfully friendly and helpful; we cannot thank him enough.
