Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. The produce list said I received way more items than I did and what they gave me was a lot of who knows what kind of fruit these tiny things are. They gave me a mushy wet star fruit that I won't eat because of the condition

DO NOT ORDER MOLDY FRUIT

I could see why this company has poor reviews. First the fine print is non-existent print that says there is a 3 box minimum for your subscription before you can cancel. Now in their defense the first box was great. Nice fresh and big fruit. I ordered the yellow dragon fruit. My next order two weeks later and 4 days delayed came rotten and moldy $100 of spoiled inedible yellow dragon fruit. When I wanted to cancel I heard back immediately I couldn’t cancel. Now it’s been 10 days since I inquired about my refund for my moldy fruit and I have heard nothing back from iheartfruitbox big scam. Poor customer service.

I received my package and I was absolutely disappointed with the resolution!

I received my package and I was looking forward to enjoying this fruit with my detox. As soon as i open the box there was a weird smell. Nearly all of the fruit was rotten and the only thing that I was able to use were the limes. I followed the return policy. They did not give me a refund nor send me a replacement box. They saw what they wanted gave me a store credit. I will not be ordering from this company again. I will make sure I share this review with others on th web. My $104 thrown away considering I'm out of work because of an injury so funds are low!

I paid $65 for two soursop fruit to be shipped to my home, and one arrived with a deep 3-inch hole in it. I immediately reached out to the company and included clear photos of the damage. The response I received was incredibly disappointing—they told me this was "normal" and to just enjoy the fruit. That was the only reply I got. Every follow-up email I sent was completely ignored.

If I had paid $65 for a whole case of fruit, I could understand the occasional defect. But $65 for two pieces of fruit, and one arrives in this condition? That’s completely unacceptable. What’s worse is the dismissive attitude and lack of accountability from customer service—Kristina essentially told me “too bad” and then stopped responding entirely.

I was genuinely excited to find a company that ships exotic fruit to my home, but unfortunately, this experience was a letdown. The search continues—because I refuse to be ripped off more than once.

The company will charge you if they…

The company will charge you if they have your banking information without your authorization. I had cancelled my order with them and asked for a refund, they refunded me with a fee of 10.00, I expected this to be the end of the interaction with them. Then they charged me again on 3/2/2025 a total of 125.99 and told me I was locked in to a contract so to speak for an additional three orders that you have to pay to cancel a 49.99 fee for early cancelation. The Customer service manager Kristina has refused to refund me the 125.99, has been saying to review this policy of being obligated to three or four orders before you can even cancel with them. This policy is nowhere to be found on the website. I have emails to confirm this. I have had to involve my bank and cancel my debit card to avoid any new charges from the company.
