I placed an order online on Tropical Fruit Box. The total was $89.00. During checkout I selected free shipping. And saw the total of $89. I completed my order and waited for my confirmation, which I got around 12:00PM. It sowed a charge for $90 for Expedite shipping. I immediately callef and asCS did not call. I called at 1:00PM. Was told no cancelling, no refund. spent $90 more for my order. I asked for cancellation. Cs said no.

Do not ORDER from this company it’s been 2 months no return calls no email back. SCAMMERS

It has been weeks, and still no delivery or active communication from Tropical Fruit Box. Their website and email uses AI. Nobody picks up when you call. Upon checking my bank account, my order of over $100 went through at the time of order.

I’m a frequent customer and am very impressed with the quality of their products. I gifted the box to my whole family for the holidays and everyone was extremely happy!

I bought a design your own box. It came and all the fruit was overripe. Pineapple had bug hole in it and spoiled. Mangoes were the wrong type and were bruised and overripe. Avacados were in bottom of box under pineapples totally crushed and mush was oozing out in box. Papayas were so small there wasn't any flesh to eat. When cutting it away from skin it just fell apart, inedible. I paid 120.00 for this box. It was worse than quality of second hand fruit grocery stores throw away. I have requested a refund back to my amex. They use ai as a buffer and never do anything but offer "store credit." The crushed fruit and bruised fruit left a slime over entire box. Pineapple had rotten bug hole in it. Pineapples were overripe and the flesh was woody texture. Inedible!!! Nothing in box was fresh. I do not want anything but a refund and never buy anything from this terrible company! Received order may 30th and have been dealing with this since then. Do not buy ever from this company!!!! Company after 11 days of back and forth, finally refunded my amex. $119.00. Never again!

This company purports to send fruit boxes of exotic fruits. Ordered a box of mangosteens a month ago, and still no fruits or refund.
