I have been following Dr. Ehsan on Instagram since 2018. It was my dream to have my secondary rhinoplasty done by him. His work is professional and meticulous, and all his cases posted on Instagram had amazing results. My dream came true by having my surgery performed by him. Today, one month post-op, the results have exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank Dr. Ehsan and his professional medical team, especially dear Sena, who followed up with me at every stage, paying attention to the smallest details and asking regularly about my condition. I recently had a rhinoplasty in Istanbul with Dr. Türkmen, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Türkmen was incredibly pleasant and professional, making me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. His expertise is evident in the results—I am thrilled with how my nose turned out. It looks natural and suits my face perfectly.

Nadia, his assistant, was equally wonderful. She patiently answered all of my questions and went out of her way to make sure I felt at ease throughout the process. Her kindness and attentiveness really stood out, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

I had my Rhinoplasty with Dr Turkmen in March, it was very anxiety inducing for me to go to another country for surgery. But Dr Turkmen made me as comfortable as possible and Nadia was very patient and lovely in answering all my questions in a timely manner. I have thick skin so my healing was quite difficult, and my nose was very swollen, but it was completely worth it.
My nose is still healing but it's looking better every day and Nadia and Dr Turkmen are still available to answer any questions I may have

Dr. Insha Turkmen ist ein super Arzt, sehr einfühlsam, freundlich, professionell und er weiß was er tut. Bei der Vorbesprechung nimmt er auch einem sofort die Angst. Er hat mich gut beraten, was an meiner alten Nase alles verändert werden kann, genau all diese Dinge die mich auch persönlich gestört haben, er ist auf all meine Wünsche eingegangen und somit musste ich garnicht viel sagen was ich möchte.

Er hat mir eine große Portion Selbstbewusstsein und selbstliebe zurückgegeben, ich bin ihm sehr dankbar und auch sehr glücklich mit meiner neuen Nase. Das Endergebnis dauert noch, da meine Nase aktuell am abheilen ist aber das was ich bisher sehe, gefällt mir. Die Arbeit von Dr. Turkmen spricht einfach für sich und war für mich persönlich die beste Entscheidung!

Die Organisation verlief super, alles war zeitlich gut abgestimmt so wie es vorab besprochen wurde. Man hat sich wohl gefühlt, da sich jeder um einen gut gekümmert hat. Meine Ansprechpartnerin und Organisatorin aus dem Team war Nadia, sie war immer erreichbar, hat mir alles gut und verständlich erklärt und ist eine super freundliche Person.

Had my (revision) surgery with Dr Türkmen and I’m very happy with my results. So far (post two months)everything is going well. I would not have come back to have this second surgery with him if I wasn’t happy with my first one. Highly recommend, his expertise ,professionalism and care is beyond words. I will definitely come back for more when I need. Anyone unsure about coming to Turkey and having a cosmetic intervention with him , i would say with the hand on my heart go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Turkmen. I decided to have the surgery performed by Dr. Turkmen after seeing on his instagram the amazing results of the nose surgeries he performed. I came to him with a really serious case, because I had already had two failed surgeries and my nose looked terrible before the surgery performed by Dr Turkmen, but the doctor handled it perfectly and my nose looks really much better now, I only regret that I didn't come to him the first time when I decided to have a nose job.
During the entire process, i.e. consultation, surgery and after the surgery, I felt safe and that I was in good hands. I am very grateful to Dr. Turkmen, I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a nose job. His assistant Melissa is also very helpful and runs you through everything from the Surgery day to aftercare etc. Thanks also to Nadia, who was very kind and responded to all my requests and inquiries.

Zunächst war ich sehr euphorisch und hab mich sehr auf die op gefreut, nach langem suchen eine Arzt gefunden zu haben bei dem mir die Arbeit gefällt.
Leider wurde ich eines anderen belehrt, Betreuung vor Ort war gut danach leider mangelhaft, es hies es werden regelmäßig Gespräche geführt und man wird 1 Jahr begleitet leider Fehlanzeige. Beschwerden werden von sich gewiesen, wäre nicht seine Schuld, wäre meine Genetik, Narbe bei der Bauchstraffung viel zu weit oben und nicht gleichmäßig genauso an der Brust (die Narbe leider schief).
Auf Beschwerden wird nicht wirklich eingegangen es kommen nur Aussagen wie nicht unsere Schuld. Naja werde noch ein wenig abwarten da erst knapp 5 Monate rum sind aber bezweifle das die Narbe weiter runter gehen wird am Bauch, auch highwaist Unterhosen decken es nicht komplett ab. Habe vor der op meine Wünsche explizit geäußert und ihm gesagt wenn’s nicht möglich ist soll er es nicht machen. Es hies aber von Anfang an ich soll mir keine Sorgen machen, alles wird super und das Endergebnis wird mich begeistern. Über die Beine will ich garnicht erst anfangen da ich noch unglücklicher bin als vor der op, da an einigen Stellen einfach zuviel abgesaugt wurde an manchen Stellen garnichts und Verbrennungen habe ich auch, zudem schlabbert alles noch mehr als vor der Op. Also alles in einem leider Geld ausgeben für ops die nicht gut gemacht wurden, zudem vieles falsch gemacht wurde aber einfach nicht zugegeben wird. Werden keine Lösungen gesucht, es wurden mehrere Termine zum besprechen ausgemacht, gemeldet oder abgesagt hat auch hier wieder keiner trotz mehrfacher Beschwerde das man unzufrieden ist. nach der op wird sich keine Zeit mehr genommen, da das Geld ja schon kassiert wurde. Sehr Unprofessionel da Termine nicht wahrgenommen werden und auch Beschwerden nicht ernst genommen wurden/werden. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

It is now three weeks since I performed my rhinoplasty at Dr. Turkmen and everything feels super good! Still swollen of course but I look forward to seeing the results in a few months.
The whole experience was great and I felt safe and well taken care of from start to finish by Dr. Turkmen. He understood exactly what I was looking for!

I also want to pay tribute to Melissa who has been a rock throughout the journey. She has been super clear with everything and made sure everything went well. I first contacted her 1.5 years ago and since then she has answered all the questions I had!

Everything has been fantastic and I can highly recommend them! 🥰

As a pharmacist from the UK, my experience with this doctor's nose surgery has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I encountered multiple issues that have left me dissatisfied with the entire process.

Firstly, the doctor's credibility was immediately called into question when he claimed to have a family emergency so he could not see me for the removal of the cast. However his Instagram story was populated with photos of him at a hotel, beach and swimming pool on holiday. This raised concerns about his honesty and commitment to his patients.

Furthermore, the absence of the doctor during the cast removal was unsettling. He sent a random doctor who I had never met before who works for another clinic to remove the cast. For all I knew this man was not a doctor. I chose to book with Dr Turkmen as I was assured he will be there every step of the way. This crucial post-surgery appointment should not have been neglected, as it left me without proper guidance and assurance regarding my recovery.

The most distressing aspect of this experience was the noticeable bump on my nose, which was evident from the photo taken on the operating table. Instead of addressing this issue honestly, I was told it would resolve on its own. This lack of transparency and accountability was deeply concerning.

Additionally, my requests for a revision were met with resistance, and the doctor refused to cover the hospital expenses, suggesting a revision at the clinic. This raises doubts about the safety and compliance of the clinic with EU regulations, further adding to my apprehension.

Moreover, the financial burden placed on me is unfair. Being asked to pay for my flights, hotel, and an extra ticket for a friend to accompany me is unreasonable. I believe these expenses should have been covered by the doctor, especially considering the complications and dissatisfaction I've experienced. I agreed to pay for the hotel and flights as I was desperate but asked for them to cover the transfer costs from the airport to the hotel and also hotel to clinic. This was also declined. This team are terrible with their aftercare.

To make matters worse, the doctor's professionalism was called into question when they scheduled a phone call with me to discuss my dissatisfaction, which they subsequently missed. This lack of punctuality and commitment to communication only exacerbated my frustration.

Overall, my experience with this doctor's nose surgery has been marked by deception, negligence, and financial burden. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and carefully evaluate the risks and costs involved. It’s truly not worth it and I regret it.

Dieser Arzt hat meinen Körper mit Vaserlipo zerstört...Bauch und Beine sind voller Dellen. Verbrennungen unter der Haut,noch nach 2 Jahren sichtbar, es sieht aus wie rote Flecken,die nie wieder weg gehen...nachdem es so gepfuscht hat,bin ich wieder hin zur Korrektur und er hat alles nur noch schlimmer gemacht,ich sollte eine Bauchdeckenstraffung ( die ich auch bezahlen musste trotz das es eine Korrektur war ) machen weil das die einzige Lösung wäre für den Mist den er gebaut hat...ich hatte einen flachen Bauch,aber voller Dellen dank ihm wo eine BDS gar nicht notwendig gewesen wäre vorher ..er wollte auch die Beine wieder richten die auch voller Dellen waren...an einer Stelle war eine tiefe Vertiefung, man konnte die Hälfte
einer Banane in ihr verschwinden lassen...als ich nach der OP aufgewacht bin, war ich schockiert....er hat einen T- Schnitt gemacht der vorher Nicht abgesprochen war...dieser Schnitt ging hoch bis zum Bauchnabel und ist so breit wie ein kleiner Finger.Da es noch frisch war konnte ich das Desaster erst nach ein paar Wochen sehen als alles abgeschwollen war....der Bauch hat immernoch Dellen...die Narbe ist breit und nicht zu übersehen...er hat mir Fett abgesaugt an den Beinen wo es gar nicht notwendig war,und somit meine Beine komplett entstellt...ich kann keine Röcke oder Shorts mehr tragen...Bikini ,Badeanzug am Strand auch nicht...meine Beine sehen unterschiedlich aus...Oberhalb der Knie sollte er gar nichts machen...hat er aber...er brauchte Fett um die Dellen auszufüllen....und als es wohl nicht gereicht hat...hat er einfach drauf losgesaugt...wenn ich meine Beine aneinander stelle ist so viel Luft dazwischen was vorher nicht war...auf Anfragen und bitten mir mein Geld zu erstatten oder villeicht sogar nochmal eine Korrektur zu machen von dem Chefarzt Dr.Guray bei dem er gearbeitet hat in der Vanity Klinik in Istanbul... ( weil ich diesen Turkmen nicht mehr an meinen Körper lassen wollte )...aber es kam nichts mehr zurück...ich habe immerwieder die Assistentin Belma Yilmaz angeschrieben...aber die hat mich nur hingehalten,mich ständig angelogen ,bis dann irgendwann gar nicht mehr von der kam...man ignoriert mich und verleugnet mich...diese Ärzte sind Metzger und hochgradig unprofessionell...sie haben mich zerstört....nicht nur meinen Körper sondern auch mein Selbstbewusstsein,
meine Seele ...jeden Tag sehe ich es und jeden Tag leide ich deswegen...aber denen ist das egal.. Hauptsache die haben ihr Geld bekommen....ich würde auch gerne einen Anwalt einschalten..aber aus Deutschland in Istanbul wäre das sehr teuer und für mich unbezahlbar...es ist besser man lässt sich in seinem eigene Land operieren, dann hat man diese Probleme nicht....ich empfehle euch denkt gut darüber nach ob ihr euch von ihm operieren lässt...hätte mich jemand gewarnt...wäre ich da niemals gelandet...zum Schluss wünsche ich ihm das er die volle Wucht vom Karma abbekommt...und villeicht mal darüber nachdenkt was er Menschen antut....und ich bin Nicht die einzige die er verunstaltet hat !!!! ( Dieser eine Stern ist nur weil ich sonst keine Bewertung schreiben kann ) er hat minus 10 verdient !!! Die OP war Ende Oktober 2021 ! Konnte das richtige Datum nicht eingeben weil man nur bis Mai 2022 rückwirkend eintragen kann.

Finding a doctor that can truly give you what you’re asking for when it comes to plastic surgery, can sometimes be difficult. I believe I truly lucked out with Dr. Ihsan, as not only did he give me the best possible result I could have wanted from a rhinoplasty, he made sure to listen to my wants and gave me the nose I have always dreamed of having. He was so kind and patient throughout the entire consultation and even after the surgery as well. I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty for as long as I could remember, and to finally have my dream come true with such a beautiful nose is truly a blessing. I had a long nose with a bump in the middle which I hated, I didn’t think any doctor would be able to give me a cute, natural, feminine nose. I was definitely wrong as Dr. Ihsan has provided exceptional results with my nose. I honestly am shocked, 2 weeks post op, with just how great the nose looks now. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. Truly have changed my life!

I had my rhinoplasty in Turkey done about a week ago. I already am starting to see amazing results. For most of my life my nose was my biggest insecurity.
