A disappointing experience.

They send out marketing emails.
I saw something I liked and rang to buy it.
There seemed to be some confusion at their end. Uncertainty. They indicated that they thought the price was wrong but also said they don't normally make mistakes.

They said they would check and call back

They didn't bother to call.
They emailed to say it was an error by their marketing department
They did not even offer to sell it to me at a higher price

They actually knew the price had gone out wrong but decided not to send out a correction so as not to highlight the issue.

So less work for them but more work for me

Ich habe über Amazon bei diesem Händler bestellt. Trotz meiner Rückgabe habe ich das Geld nie zurückbekommen. Zahlreiche Anrufe, eine Email auf die bis heute nicht geantwortet wurde. Ein einziges mal ist jemand ans Telefon gegangen, mir wurde zugesichert es wird sofort bearbeitet. Tagelang ist nichts passiert, bis ich letztlich bei Amazon selbst mein Problem schilderte und von Amazon das Geld erhalten habe. DIESER HÄNDLER IST ABSOLUT BETRÜGERISCH, UNBEDINGT MEIDEN !!!

Buyers beware if you are thinking of buying from this Company.I recently purchased an Hisense TV Model:50a7NQTUK through Amazon but was supplied by IT Ltd.The TV was bought specifically with the Freely platform built in so that i could stream live tv channels using wi-fi only,unfortunately i could not get it to work.I contacted Hisense Customer Service for there advice and after an exchange of information i was informed that the TV was not a UK model and would not meet the functionality of streaming live tv as advertised and described.I have now sent a number of email's to IT LTD explaining the situation but so far i have not received any response from them,it would appear that their Customer Service is non-existent in this Company,just not good enough.On the hand Amazon have been very in helpful in dealing with this problem and offered a return collection and a full refund. Ikonic Technology Ltd needs to get their act together. I note the reply today 03/10/25 from Ikonic which i do not accept. My feedback about this TV went through the Amazon portal and i also sent email's to your registered Company. Amazon have accepted that this is a genuine problem and have agreed to pick up the TV 4th October 25.What really concerns me about your reply you offer no apologies for supplying this item which is not a UK model and would not work as was intended.Check again with your systems and Amazon.However it does seem that the reviews on Trustpilot do not give your Company a positive rating and i would advise people not to purchase from Ikonic.Update i have had another reply,all i will say is read my review,read the reply and make your own mind up about doing anything with this Company.Amazon don't get it wrong when it comes communication.Ikonic don't even acknowledge my emails,don't apologise for supplying a NON UKTV and have you noticed they never put a name when they respond.Tells you everything you want to know.I won't change my view and would advise potential buyers do not buy from Iconic Technology Ltd either directly or through Amazon.Finally this is my last word on this matter.

Auch ich kann mich den negativen Bewertungen hier anschließen. Leider habe ich die negativen Rezensionen zu spät gelesen. Bei mir ging es um einen TV, den ich via Amazon bei diesem Verkäufer bestellt hatte.
Bei der Rücksendung ist dann alles schief gelaufen. Angeblich hätte der TV nach Rücksendung einen Schaden, weshalb der Betrag nicht erstattet werden würde. Auf meine Rückfragen wurde nicht eingegangen, als würde der Verkäufer einen Bot für die Kommunikation nutzen. Zum Glück hat Amazon der Fall eskaliert, sodass ich doch meine Erstattung erhalten habe.
Mir scheint es eine Betrugsmasche zu sein. Also dringende Empfehlung: Finger weg!!!

Obwohl die Fa. damit wirbt, dass das TV Gerät für den Deutschen Markt ist, konnte man beim Einrichten "Deutschland" nicht auswählen. Habe das Gerät zurückgeschickt

Meine Vorgänger dieser Bewertungen haben ein buntes Gemisch an Problemen mit dieser Firma abgegeben. Ich kann mich dem nur anschließen. Ich kann nur warnen, dort etwas zu ordern. Die Probleme sind vorhersehbar. Ich werde jetzt Amazon (wo ich den Auftrag erteilt habe) das zweite mal kontaktieren. Wenn sich nichts tut, werde ich auch meinem Erfahrungen mit Amazon revidieren.

Hatte Angst, hier zu bestellen, da viele schlechte Bewertungen vorhanden sind. Der Preis hat aber dennoch überzeugt.

Bei Ikonic wurden von uns über Amazon 30 TVs geordert. Diese wurden wie angegeben durch eine Spedition am vereinbarten Tag geliefert.

Die TV sind zwar keine Waren für den Deutschen Markt, können aber mit minimalen Schulenglisch in Betrieb genommen werden. Eine Umstellung der Sprache auf Deutsch ist nach vollständiger Einrichtung auf Englisch in den Einstellungen möglich.

Für mich als TV Laien kein Problem gewesen.

Habe ein Fernseher von Ikonic GmbH über Amazon gekauft und angeliefert bekommen und das Gerät ist nicht für Deutschland vorgesehen wo ich wohne. Der Händler versucht mir zu trösten ohne wirkliche Lösungen anzubieten. Pass bloß auf bevor ihr von Ikonic GmbH oder Ltd. Ware kauft, selbst Amazon Kunden Service wird dir nicht helfen. Amazon schlägt vor Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück zu schicken, wenn das auch Übergröße und schwer ist, obwohl die Ware ist von Amazon geliefert (nicht DHL, etc.)! Ich bin echt fassungslos dass Amazon solche Geschäfte über ihrem Platform praktizieren lässt 😒.

Ich habe am 10.9.2024 einen Fernseher bestellt. Dieser wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Leider hatte er einen Defekt und ich habe ihn zurückgehen lassen.
Die Korrespondenz mit Ikonic Technology verlief per E-Mail. Der Austausch war höflich und für mich inhaltlich vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Ein paar Tage darauf hatte ich die volle Summe des Kaufpreises auf mein Konto zurück erstattet bekommen. Ich kann nix Negatives über diese Firma sagen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich immer wieder hier bestellen.

I contacted Ikonic customer services due to a Samsung QLED TV failing after 3 years (QE50Q60TAU in case you are interested!) as Samsung UK ruthlessly want nothing to do with their customers after 1-Year warranty expires even on a clearly defective model.
A lovely lady at Ikonic customer services dealt with this issue in such a professional way, upholding my consumer rights to the letter. I just had to call out this level of service. Only 50% use of the TV - I got a 50% refund on the purchase price. Nailed it. 100% happy. That's the way to respect and treat your customers....great job!
Samsung UK - you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Ich habe am 10.06.24 einen TV bestellt und am 17.06. wieder zurückgehen lassen. Ich habe mein Geld bis heute nicht erhalten. Ich habe ein Rechtsschutzversicherung und werde die Firma verklagen.

Such a scam! They are liers and professional scammers hiding behind their "technicians ".

They send me a broken tv and I have proof it arrived like that and now they are refusing to refund me even after they admitted it happened during the delivery.

They recovered the broken tv and now refuse to refund or exchange and let me with nothing! I'm a disabled person and they are taking advantage of the customers like me.

Disgusting company and Disgusting behaviour. I'm gonna keep fighting and telling everyone how dodgy and bad they are.

Habe einen Fernsehgerät bestellt, mit festgelegtem Lieferdatum da es dringend benötigt wurde.
Alles wurde zugesagt, habe den ganzen tag gewartet und sogar telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen.
Gerät wurde erst Tage später geliefert. Habe da kein Bedarf mehr bestand den Vertrag widerrufen und sollte es auf meine Kosten zurück senden. Ich weigerte mich die Kosten zu übernehmen und bat um Zusendung eines Retourenlabels, dann kam die Nachricht, dass Gerät würde abgeholt. An dem mitgeteilten Termin wartete ich wieder, niemand kam. Nach 5 weiteren Tagen wurde es dann abgeholt. Der volle Betrag wurde mir bis heute nicht erstatte.
Das Unternehmen arbeitet nicht ehrlich und lügt die Kunden an.

I have bough tonnes from these guys, TVs, Lenovo X1 fold laptop, Lenovo tablets, iPads and each time I order it is next day delivery and prices are unbeatable. Cannot fault them. Will always come back for all of my tech needs. Thanks guys!
