Achtung Käufer! Hier bestellt man neue Ware und bekommt gebrauchte B-Ware mit deutlich sichtbaren gebrauchsspuren geliefert. Amazon erstellte mir ein Rücksendeetikett sonst hätte ich den Artikel noch auf meine kosten zurück senden müssen. Der Verkäufer zögert die Rückerstattung hinaus, bis jetzt noch kein Geld zurück. Ich kann nur abraten hier zu kaufen, schaut euch die Verkäufer Bewertungen auf Amazon an dann wisst ihr was ich meine. Ich bin leider darauf herein gefallen.-----Update zur Antwort des Verkäufers: Es wurde alles ausführlich beschrieben und Beweis Fotos geschickt wie der Monitor bei mir angekommen ist, die Schraube wo der Standfuß befestigt ist, ist verhunzt, sämtliche Kantenschutzfolien waren nicht mehr vorhanden, vereinzelt sind nicht mehr die Originalen Samsung Clips vorhanden wo die Kabel mit zusammen gebunden sind und der Monitor hat links oben an der Seiten Kante eine leichte Beschädigung. Außerdem wurde der Artikel von Amazon Warehouse verschickt da kann es sich ja nur um ein Rückläufer handeln. Ich habe einen neuen Monitor bestellt. Sie lügen nur herum, was soll das ganze. Der Monitor wurde direkt wieder verpackt und zurück geschickt. Wenn ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekomme werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten müssen.

We are shocked and very disappointed to see that you were unhappy with your experience with us. We therefore investigated this with the utmost importance.
Looking through your order information and communication history with our customer service team, the issue you described was only reported to us yesterday. Within a matter of minutes, you raised your complaint with our team and demanded a refund without allowing the required time for a return or investigation into your complaint.
This review was also raised mere moments after raising your complaint, which also didn’t allow for a proposed resolution.
We investigated the issue you raised which was the concern that you have received a ‘used’ item where the item was purchased was brand new. Here at Ikonic, we have a very strict quality control procedure that tracks an item’s history based on its unique, manufacturer issued serial number.
Your unit had no prior history, between arriving with us from the supplier, and being sent out to yourself shortly after.
We feel that there was no sufficient evidence provided by yourself to indicate that a used item was received. The item was returned almost immediately after raising your complaint which didn’t allow us time to further discuss the issue with yourself.
Due to this, no further action will be taken until the unit has been received back and inspected by our technician team.
Once we receive the monitor back, we will deal with this in a timely manner and issue an update as soon as humanly possible.

40% restocking fee!!!?!
Customer canceled with us within 24 hours of us making our order Ikonic wanted to charge a 40% restocking fee before the order was due for delivery. We are a small company and now have to dispose of 3k of equipment at a loss, to pay for ikonics greed. We saved little more than a few pounds by not making the order from regular websites

They sent me older model with lower…
They sent me older model with lower specs (ordered lg 32lq63006la, received lg 32lq631c0za) and tried to tell me that this is newer model hoping I will keep it! Thankfully I didn’t open the box and read the label on the box beforehand, otherwise they would charge me for “re-boxing” and posting back even though they are at fault. After I contacted Amazon they arranged collection and full refund but other buyers were not that fortunate.

I’m sorry to see you feel you have had a negative experience with us. I can see that the matter was quickly resolved, and you have received a full refund.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this matter. It is certainly not our intention to mislead our customers, and we take these matters very seriously. The item you received was not an older model with lower specs as advised in the review, however we appreciate there may have been a misunderstanding here.
We work hard to perfect our quality control processes to ensure that our customers receive the correct products and avoid such instances.
We appreciate your diligence in checking the label before opening the box. Looking into your order details, I can’t see that at any point we advised that you would be charged for re-boxing. This is not something we request, and especially in your case, a full refund was offered and processed. Additionally, a free collection was arranged at the first point of you raising this issue with us. This contact was not through Amazon or arranged by Amazon as you advised, but by us directly.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience. We feel we took appropriate and quick action to resolve the matter within a matter of only a few days.

Great company to buy from!
Really smooth customer service from start to finish. We’re a used car dealer and we purchased some laptops and monitors for our offices. We then made a second purchase for some TV’s for our showroom. Everything was exactly as described and delivered quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Scammers! Bought a samsung tv from this company on amazon. TV arrived damaged and without a remote controller, seller advised that tv was inspected before dispatch and accused us of breaking it. Refused to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

From the photos you provided, it is evident that the damage had not occurred during transit as there were no damage to the box or near the damaged area. The clear impact damage shows a direct smash to the screen therefore we believe the damage was incurred after delivery. We can only accept returns that are returned in the same condition as they are delivered in. Apologies IT LTD
