Faulty unit sorted with excellent customer service
Quick delivery in the first instance but when I had a faulty unit OPAL ONE coffee machine, they were very quick to sort it. Replacement was sorted within two days.

A slight hiccup! But great customer service!
I had to make contact re delivery as parcel seemed to be stuck in the system. An e mail bought a speedy and helpful response, the parcel had been placed on the wrong shelf at the pickup shop. Not the fault of by K + coffee, was found and delivered the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you
