Great thing about IMB is how efficient they are in regards to advice, recommendations and delivery. I used IMB to re-mortgage my property. It was something I had known I'd needed to do for some time, but had been putting off as I thought the process would be complicated and painful. It wasn't and I wish I'd done it sooner as it could have saved me some sleepless nights. Sarah made the process simple and painless.
