I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from IM Car Supermarket to be very cautious. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased a car from them that has had continuous faults from the moment I drove it away. Despite contacting the dealership multiple times, no one has taken responsibility or offered any genuine support to resolve the issues. Their attitude has been dismissive, and I’ve found their approach to customer care and after-sales service to be completely dishonest and unprofessional.

A business that sells vehicles in this condition and then ignores customers when problems arise cannot be trusted. I’ve now had enough and will be taking legal action to recover my losses.

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere — transparency and integrity clearly don’t exist here.
Don’t bother on the names there are all fake.

I purchased a car from them, the sales advisor was Jamal. Very dishonest individuals, promises and excuses once they get your money. Still waiting for the problem with the car to be resolved. I am returning the car back to them. Do not buy from these guys. They use your phone to leave a positive feedback during the sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Purchased a Kia ceed 2019 GTl on the 20th August 2025 from them. Less than a month in it's been problems after problems. Brakes, discs and calipers need replacing. Engine management light has come on, when driving back home today. Spoke to one of the sales team that told us we was booked in for today to get the brakes all sorted. Turn up to find out that's not the case. After speaking to two of the services team staff about it all we got nowhere with them, asked to leave the car and they will have a look over the next few days. At this point I don't believe anything/trust them. I have already seen KIA about the car and the specialist has checked the car over. We had a paper copy of the report as evidence. After arguing with them over an hour or more I managed to get the money for new brake pads and discs. Still not happy with the service they have provided me. They look professional and act like it, but when you have an issue they will quickly dismiss you and try to fob you off. Trading standards clearly states they should be making the repairs at no cost to me. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS from them, they do dodgy MOT's. The headlight and brakes binding should of been an MOT Failure. I have put my children in the car and they could of been seriously injured. Even admitted they don't check the cars when they are selling or have any basic knowledge about cars. DO BETTER!

Be careful if you buying the FE Evoque reg ending NHH. The car has a cracked Glass roof and they put a black plastic sheet over it trying to hide it. They are the worst car dealers in the UK. I wish that I believed the reviews and never dealt with these people. They wanted to sell me an Evoque with cracked glass roof. They put a black plastic sheet over it trying to hide it.

I purchased a vehicle from them on 13/7/25 with a 3month warranty. Approx 10 days ago, the oil warning light came on and I was advised by a local mechanic, that this was a familiar problem with the ECO Boost Ford Fiesta engine and that if I did not get it repaired asap it could cause a "catastrophic engine failure". Despite numerous emails, we have had nothing back in writing from them to confirm they will either carry out or pay for the repairs. There have been telephone calls to them (none of which are returned), but they simply refuse to confirm they are willing to help us, or put anything in writing. It is absolutely disgraceful, we purchased this car in good faith for £4k, for my 17 year old daughter; she hasn't driven now for over a week, and the repairs are looking to cost anywhere between 1 to 2k depending on the amount of damage. I believe they knew this fault existed when we purchased it from them, discusting!

The seller was Jamal, I had a bad experience with them I do not recommend this place to anyone,they sell cars with mechanical problems, I am saying this because they sold me a car with various problems and refused to repair and I asked for a refund and they refused and the only choice was to take another car and after one week other car had problems with brakes all rusted and 100% worn off excessive smoke from the exhaust, the engine started making a loud noise,cooling leaking,leaking from the gear box and other mechanical parts, they put me and my partner in danger by selling me the car without brakes risking not stopping the car in time and causing an accident and they are still in the process for the refund,stay away from here as in my experience I would give them 0 stars if I could.
They wait for you to sign the contract by scamming you,They promise you things and don't do them, they wait for you to sign the contract, making fun of people and they fooling people, You already understand it when they speak another language in front of the customer in front of you ,very bad place, go away, you're on time i report them to Trading Standards.

Hi this company it's on shame for this branch buy more on moth ago 1 land rover whit edf gone i return the car in 25 may and I change whit Mercedes c class when I arrive home I check the car all 4 tyres the smart bolt was missing all the 4 disc pad brake all was gone i paid from my pocket 730 pounds in 19 iunie i received on letter from previous finance company I have to pay the first rate for land rover because I'm supermarket don't inform to zoopa I return the car I call back i received some shiny answer so for everyone stay away from this company

My husband purchased a Mazda6 D Sport Nav from IM Car Supermarket on 22 April 2025. The car was sold with a 3-month warranty, but shortly after purchase, multiple faults appeared — including front suspension issues, battery charging problems, a non-functioning boot lock, faulty rear parking camera, malfunctioning dashboard speakers, and missing rear bumper caps.

Despite reporting these faults promptly via phone and WhatsApp, the company has since ignored all communication. Calls go unanswered and messages are ignored.

As the vehicle is not safe to drive, we proposed that repairs be carried out locally at a certified garage, but IM Car Supermarket has not responded. The car was purchased on finance, and the finance company has now been informed.

We strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. The lack of support and after-sales service has been unacceptable.

AVOID !!!! Don’t waste your time with these dealers after travelling 2 hours to view and test drive a vehicle we secured with a deposit ! We was told the vehicle could be collected 3 days later ! The finance application had been agreed and all documents sent to the dealer on the same day as the viewing ( 3 days prior to collection ) on the day before collection we rung to confirm collection was still to go ahead and that the funds had been sent by the finance company to be told over the phone less than 24 hours before we was due to collect that the vehicle had been sold when questioned how this was possible when a deposit had been paid to secure the vehicle and the finance had been agreed we was told that a cash buyer had come in after we viewed and that they take priority over a finance agreement ! This also affected our credit rating as the agreement had to be cancelled after a hard search ! The guy jay who we dealt with said he was out of office and that it was out of his hands and his boss had decided to go with a cash buyer as he didn’t want to go through finance !!!! Absolutely disgraceful service we are now left with a impacted credit score through no fault of ours everything was sent and secured the same day as the viewing and we was only told hours before we was due to collect as we rung them they had not even had the decency to contact us to tell us it had sold so we would have turned up on the day of collection after a 2 hour drive to be told it was sold !!!!! COMPLETE UNPROFFESSIONAL TIMEWASTERS ! SHOP ELSEWHERE !

I purchased a car from this dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. There are significant issues with the vehicle, and the staff has been unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. Once they received my payment, their aftersales support completely vanished. Despite numerous calls and messages, they ignored me. When I requested their complaints procedure, they refused to provide an email address for filing a complaint.

I spoke with the manager initially, but follow-up attempts to contact him went unanswered. When I called again last Friday, I was supposed to speak to someone else, only to discover midway through the conversation that I was, in fact, speaking with the manager again.

The car is unsafe to drive, and they insist I bring it to the dealership, despite my concerns about its roadworthiness. The AA confirmed that the wheel had not been properly tightened after new brakes were installed, nearly causing a serious accident. When I informed the dealership, they deflected blame, suggesting someone tampered with the wheel, rather than acknowledging their potential error.

Even after the AA addressed the loose wheel, the car still has unresolved issues. When I reported the additional costs I incurred for inspection and repair, they initially asked me to email the receipt for reimbursement but later denied ever agreeing to the refund.

Given the ongoing safety concerns and lack of accountability, my only option now is to return the vehicle. Their failure to take responsibility has been deeply frustrating and unacceptable.
