I had a great experience getting my phone fixed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my phone works perfectly now. It was also not expensive. Highly recommend their service!

Went in to get my phone fixed last week, great service, friendly staff

I brought my IPhone 12 to the shop since it wouldn't charge anymore. The shop gave it back to me after a day and claimed that they had to change the charging port and that it was now repaired. When I went to pick it up, the owner told me to log into my google account, then took my phone and wrote a 5 star review and posted it under my name! A couple of days later, the phone stopped charging again. I brought it to another shop that time and that shop claimed that the port was broken and definitely hadn't been changed!

I left my phone in to be repaired I received a price for repair which was very fair and was actually charged less when I collected the phone I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this shop

Sold apple watch without a charger, told it was gen 6 but actually series 3 with a battery life of less than 24 hours. Very disappointed from a prior repeat customer.

Found an ad on DoneDeal, called them, and they consulted very well, professional. I asked for some photos of the phone, and they sent them to WhatsApp. Paid online, they sent it by registered post on the next day. Phone arrived intact.
Reliable shop, competent and very kind people. Recommendation.

Excellent service pleasure to deal with this is my 3rd time purchasing a phone from them.

This was my second time back to Imend.
Great friendly guy working there and extremely helpful.
Phone was repaired very quickly and its like brand new. Only too happy to recommend Imend.
