I don't like the quality of the watch strap doesn't feel like real leather

Ordered strap, no communication in over 2 weeks and does not reply to emails.

Concerned as multiple other recent reviews saying same thing.

Have paid for strap and not received. No contact re. update or refund.

I received what looked like a lovely Leather Strap, but the gadget that goes through the hole to be able to fasten it, doesn’t reach! How do I return it please, for a refund or a replacement? Thank you ☺️ Theresa Dalby

I will agree with the last post about Imperial Straps… Strap ordered. Not received. No communication at all since despite emails / DM’s and Tweets being sent… No phone number anywhere to call. Appalling communication.
At present Imperial Straps seems to be more of a scam set up than a genuine company to me. All I wanted to do was buy a nice birthday present from a small independent business.
Imperial Straps please either give me my money back or send me what I have ordered. Thank You!

So....I have had an email telling me I am having a refund. No apology, nothing. Is this the sort of company you want to deal with?

It's my second time ordering from Imperials Strap Co now and can say with certainty the quality has always been better than I expected. Shortly after confirming my order, the company contacted me to say that they had discovered that their stock of the item ordered had quality issues and they were waiting new stock from their supplier. They advised me of a new delivery date and kept me informed of the progress. Very satisfied with the quality of the products received and the customer service.

I put this on for the first time and and the buckle broke immediately! I emailed imperial Strap Co and to date they have just ignored my email and kept my money!

Ordered a watch strap, took time deciding which one to go for from the 1000’s on the WWW. Plumped for one from this company, looked amazing, really looked forward to receiving it. 3-5 day delivery they said, 2 weeks late, no communication, no apology, just silence 🤐
Wrote them an email, just sent a refund! Again, no communication, just a notification of a refund.
EDIT: Email received with an apology, refund sent, but the watch strap did arrive but it wasn’t in good condition as explained in the email. The finish was delaminating off the leather which made it unusable 😔
Shame, as it could have been a really nice, had the quality been better.

I ordered a 13mm beige leather strap and have just fitted it to my watch. It is absolutely beautiful: a great colour, lovely and soft, and clearly of great quality. It was very easy to fit, as everything that was needed came with the order. Additionally, I experienced great customer service. I had a few email exchanges, as I needed to change some details of the order. I received very quick and helpful responses, even at the weekend. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. I have always struggled to find good quality watch straps until i found Imperial straps. The quality is amazing and lasts as well. The leather doesn't smell fake or fishy either like i have had with previous leather straps. They have a variety of colours and styles that suit everyone. Will definitely be ordering more.

It was my first experience with them.Their delivery was supposed to make it 3-5 working days but it took much longer. And after all when my strap arrived, I can say it has a good quality but the color is not matched at all with the pictures. I know you can never be certain about the color of natural leather, however I ordered very light brown cream color (more on yellow side) Ostrich leather strap and what I received is pretty orange in color rather than light tanned.
