Have ordered from Imps a few times and it has always gone well. On my last order, the item was unfortunately damaged in shipping and their customer service in getting me a replacement item was fantastic. Will definitely be recommending them to all my gaming friends

Always a pleasure to visit a store where you can browse without interruption and yet have responsive staff available as/when required.

Prices are generally slightly below RRP allowing for more goodies to be purchased, and if you can’t find something just ask as it might just be in stock 😁

Speaking of stock there is lots to choose from and, as a Legions Imperialis collector, they have the best selection I have seen on the ‘high street’.

I am a regular at this store and without fail every week they provide amazing service and make an effort to make everyone feel welcome, the staff are knowledgeable in most of the products they sell and always do their best help aid decisions that will benefit your hobby experience. They always seem to have the best prices ive found with an amazing points scheme to help stretch any hobby budget to get even more enjoyment.

The store has always felt like a huge community rather than just a store which I can with confidence say is due to the staff being so welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely would recommend above anywhere else as ive not once had a bad experience, even if I did I am certain the staff would do their best to rectify any issues I had.
