Nu meer dan maand later nog niets ontvangen en idd track en trace die niet werkt!

So far so good. Placed an order on a Sunday and received it next Tuesday. The order was well packed and seem good quality. I bought 3 bottles of Lavender water (on offer) and one bottle of Lavender & Mint water. I have suffered with hormonal acne for over 20 years which is quite well controlled at the moment but my skin is oily, slightly bumpy to touch and still prone to breakouts so hoping that these products will help. Both products have very strong smells which linger for a few minutes after application. I find the smell unpleasant but not enough to put me off using the products if they are really as good as some of the reviews. I shall update in a few weeks time to report on results.

tempi di spedizione lunghissimi e difficile comunicazione con l'azienda! ho spedito più mail per cercare di capire che fine avesse fatto la mia spedizione e ho ricevuto una sola mail ( a distanza di giorni) in cui mi dicevano che si sarebbero informati. Dopo tale mail il silenzio completo! Pessima esperienza

I don't believe this is a legitimate business. I placed an order on 19-Nov-23 and I am yet to receive anything. The order was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 working days - today is 5-Dec-23 and I am yet to receive anything. I have tried to track the package via the Shop app and it just says "in transit." I sent an email on 2-Dec-23 to the customer service email address asking for an update and still haven't received a response. Please do not spend your money with this company.

Tempi di consegna lunghissimi, ho fatto un ordine 10 giorni fa e deve ancora arrivarmi, ho scritto all'assistenza che mi ha dato un numero di tracciamento ma il pacco sembrerebbe non ancora partito...

I love the product and have been using it for 3+ years. However the bottles are getting smaller and smaller for the same price!

My last order, the lavender water came in 200ml which seemed much smaller than before and now my new order is 150ml. Pretty frustrating.

I am considering ordering some of your Products but i am a bit pusled about trustpilot. How come you do not comment on any of the bad reviews?

Je déconseille, nous avons acheté l’huile de camomille pour de l’eczéma. Après plus de trois semaines de traitements, ça été pire!!! Nous les avons contacter sur Instagram, ils ont répondu aux premiers messages et depuis nous laisse en vu et n’ouvre plus la discution depuis que nous leurs avons demander un geste étant donner que sur leur politique de remboursement il y a un dédommagement même si nous avons acheter qu’un seul produit. Chose qui doit être RESPECTÉE. C’est bien beau d’avoir de bon avis mais il s’agirait également de satisfaire sa clientèle quant il y a un tel soucis. Je tiens à préciser que nous avons arrêter l’huile, et que depuis ses mains sont redevenu à là normal dans les jours qui ont suivis. Ceci était bien un soucis de leurs produits!!
« Satisfait ou rembourser » enfaite aucun remboursement.

An amazing product. Makes such a difference. My son has been using it for several months and is really happy with the results.

Jag har väntat i 19 dagar på min leverans, den har inte kommit ännu.
De svarar dock på mejl att de kan se att varan inte är skickad ännu och att de ska skynda på. Betala inte innan ni fått varan! Lär inte se varken varan eller få en återbetalning.

First time trying these products and they have made a huge difference to my oily t-zone. I tried the lavender water and soap. It does leave your skin a bit dry so a bit of moisturising might be needed. I do not have acne but do get the odd spot and this combination works very well together. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!

Great products, loving the different waters. My Son uses the Lavender water to stop breakouts on his skin and it definately does the job. Have just tried the Melissa one and it is great for hydrating the skin. Great products, good communication and fast delivery !

My second order is due today.. love all the waters particularly the melissa.. there are some new ones arriving today including the anti dry scalp spray..
These products are lovely, natural & effective.. I suffer menopausal hormonal acne breakouts & the help a lot.

Ik heb op 21/6 een bestelling gedaan. En betaald . Track en trace doet het niet en ik probeer ze al 5 dagen te bereiken en geen enkele reactie niet via mail of messenger of instagram en nog steeds niets ontvangen

No product received so far. Impossible to get in contact by email, Facebook, Instagram. Would like to receive the products, but looks like we lost our money without receiving products.

Very bad produkts I Will not use Them at all. This is not a danish Company all ser made in Romania
