I like the organic rose water as it made my hair & skin soft/smooth. Prompt delivery. Strongly recommended for the organic products. I also use their hair & face products.

I am starting to believe that all these comments are fake. My package was damaged and Evri could not deliver it as it was too damaged. I have contacted InaEssentials but without a reply so far. I have sent them an email, messaged them on Facebook but no reaction from them.

Appalling customer service. I ordered the hydrolina chamomile water, had to chase up for a dispatch email and was only then informed that it had gone out of stock (the website allowed me to order, they took my money and then just decided not to notify me!) so they asked me if I wanted an exchange for a different product. I requested my refund, and was met with a second email suggesting an exchange product. I told them AGAIN I wanted my refund, and they sent a third email suggesting yet another product for exchange rather than accepting that I had asked for a refund. Appalling communication and customer service. Thankfully, I always go through PayPal when purchasing from a new retailer and will be getting my money back through them.

Ich benutze seit Jahren das Lavendelwasser und auch die Lavendelseife. Meine Haut ist dadurch viel besser geworden, ich habe weniger Pickel und die Haut ist nicht mehr so fettig.
Seit kurzem benutze ich ab und zu die Lavendel-Gesichtsmaske. Diese ist sehr angenehm zu aufzutragen und bröckelt nicht, wie z.B. eine Maske mit Heilerde.

Das Perfect Pure Hygiene Handgel war super, da es nicht den chemischen Geruch normaler Handdesinfektionsmittel hatte und die Hände nicht rissig machte. Sehr schade, dass es das Produkt nicht mehr im Sortiment gibt!

Meine Teenager Tochter benutzt das Kamillenwasser bereits seit über 2 Jahren. Sie hat sehr empfindliche Haut und verträgt nur wenige Kosmetikprodukte. Außerdem hat die die üblichen Problemchen eines Teenagers mit Unreinheiten und Pickeln. Mit dem Kamillenwasser haben wir ein super Produkt gefunden, das sie gut verträgt und ihre Haut gut aussehen lässt. Der Geruch von Produkt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber verfliegt recht schnell (außerdem merkt man es mit der Zeit gar nicht mehr).
Wir haben INAessentials schon einigen Freunden weiterempfohlen.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von den Produkten von Inaessentials, die ich bisher getestet habe. Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit große Probleme mit Unreinheiten und Pickeln und bin dabei auf die Produkte von Inaessentials gestoßen. Zuerst bestellte ich mir das Lavendelwasser und nach regelmäßiger Verwendung stellte sich wirklich eine Verbesserung meiner Hautprobleme ein. Anschließend testete ich auch noch das Rosen- und das Pfefferminzwasser und war auch damit wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ich bin ein großer Fan von den natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen, vor allem bei Produkten, die für das Gesicht gedacht sind. Die Gesichtswasser ziehen schnell ein, spenden Feuchtigkeit und hinterlassen ein gutes Hautgefühl. Auch den Duft finde ich sehr angenehm.
Ich kann die Produkte also absolut empfehlen und werde bestimmt auch noch weitere Sachen testen.
Auch die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und ohne Probleme.

Ich bin wirklich sowohl mit dem Service als auch mit den Produkten zufrieden! Ich laufe regelmäßig und gerne dort ein!

Das Lavendelwasser nutze ich seit ca. einem Jahr jeden Morgen und Abend. Nach der Anwendung fühlt sich die Haut so erfrischt an und es hat schon stark zur Verbesserung meiner Aknehaut beigetragen. Seit einigen Wochen mische ich abends das Lavendelöl in meine Gesichtscreme. Seit dem ist meine Haut so rein wie noch nie. Das Lavendelöl wirkt wahre Wunder!

Nachdem absetzen der Pille, erlitt ich starke Akne. Nach langem suchen und austesten von diversen Marken, bin ich auf Inaessentials gestoßen und habe mir das Lavendelwasser geholt. Es bewirkt Wunder und für mich kommt kein anderes Gesichtswasser ins Haus. Auch viele meiner Freundinnen mit ähnlichen Problemen, sind nun Stammkunde bei Inaessentials:)

Der InaEssentials Shop hat tolle Naturkosmetik Produkte, die mich überrascht haben, im Hinblick auf die Wirkung. Die verschiedenen Gesichtswasser, die Masken aber auch die Seifen haben bei meiner Mischhaut Wunder bewirkt und sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Bin immer wieder überrascht, wie schnell die Lieferung erfolgt! Von den Produkten bin ich sowieso überzeugt, das Lavendelgesichtswasser habe ich schon in der ganzen Familie und bei Freunden verteilt! Und auch das Perückenstrauchmundwasser ist ein Favorit bei mir. Die Website ist gut und ehrlich aufgebaut und gibt gut Auskunft über die Produkte. Empfehle ich gerne immer weiter!!!

I have been using Inaessentials products now for about 4 months and I can sincerely say it's the only thing that seemed to help my post-pill hormonal acne (30y.o.). It was terrible and really affecting my confidence (like really really), antibiotics only worked while I was on them and not totally and I knew that was harming my gut health too, and even when I freed up my diet from sugar and junk and ate really well, I would still get hormonal flares. Skin experts would put me on stronger products, retinoids, and tretinoin, I tried Skin+Me and Dermatica - which helped a little but not entirely and my skin would seemingly settle a tad for a while and then flare again when it got used to a product. Until. Inaessentials Lavendar water.
It took about 2 weeks and even during those two weeks, I could tell my face was starting to heal. I'm still stunned to be honest. It was basically my last ditch effort to fix things before putting a bag on my head. I cut out all my other products and just tried plain chamomile micellar water to wash off any makeup, Lavendar water to cleanse my face and a gentle turmeric toner spritz. Eventually, I added Cerave blemish control cleanser to wash my face as well and I replaced the Turmeric toner with Inaessentials hydrating rose water spritz instead and I honestly think by the end of this year I might be pretty much acne free. It's insane. It had been 2 years since I came off the pill and I'd tried everything but this stuff is... amazing.

Pretty decent delivery but...
Haven't tried the product, but I'm not even gonna bother as the product will expire within 1 week of receiving , the product was on sales so I didn't expect to last forever but 1 week really?

Ina essentials are absolutely fantastic natural products which have made my skin normal again . After suffering with hormonal acne for quite a while now the products are the only thin that have started to clear my spots up . Amazing 🤩
