This is a dash cam, why are the wires on the left side so they interfere with your dash. The sound kept going out, you can only use it with your phone. I was so disappointed!! If it wasn't $100 I would have throw it out the window while driving!!! Smmfh

Does Incipio lifetime warranty extend to authorised resellers in countries outside the US ? My iPhone 14 plus clear duo phone case has cracked and discoloured. I originally sent this via Incipio support email but that rejected as it could not be forwarded on to Incipio's sakar.com site as that recipient's email rejected it.

My iPhone 14 Pro phone case side wall has come apart.
Despite emails via their incipio’s website and calling the U.K. phone number (line disconnected) I’m not able to get a response. I contacted the parent company LIBERTINE who asked me to send them the details they promised to forward on my complaint to incipio. Again nothing has happened.
The phone case wasn’t cheap the warranty promised isn’t worth the ink on the paper.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement

My case had broken and it was under warranty so I called to get it replaced and that was 30 days ago.when I call to ask why it hasn’t been shipped yet they told me one.they didn’t have the case I ordered in atm.(a week ago) and then now today 30 days later I was told they don’t have a carrier to ship cases to Canada🫤😂 I’m sorry but that’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.as of today my case has still not been shipped with no date in sight.awful company.just take my word for it and get your cases from another manufacturer.

I’ve had my Incipio case for a year
Case is supposed to protect phones from 4 metre drop - my phone fell off kitchen bench and smashed the rear screen - absolutely devastated this case didn’t work as I bought it from jb hifi with the sales push of being guaranteed it would protect my phone

While we were driving on our road trip, we had to make a U turn in a parking lot. Well... I took the turn a little too fast and my phone - which was sitting on top of the dash - went out the wide open passenger side window. Just slid across the dashboard. My boyfriend goes “your phone just flew out the window.” I didn’t believe him until I saw my phone sitting sadly face down on the asphalt. He gets out to retrieve it and with bated breath I wait as he turns over the phone to look at it. Arms raised we cheer as the phone is 100% intact. The worst that happened was that it had some scrapes on the Incipio case and some hairline cracks in the Zagg screen. I will be purchasing from them again.

Bestilte et cover ultimo marts, som ikke kom frem. Skrev til firmaet i april herom, og de skrev tilbage, at jeg skulle skrive igen, hvis det ikke kom indenfor en uge mere. I så fald ville jeg få pengene retur eller de ville sende et nyt. I maj er coveret fortsat ikke modtaget. Jeg har skrevet til firmaet to gange mere - intet svar. Jeg har heller ikke fået pengene retur.
Handler aldrig her igen.

This case is on my teenager's phone it has done a great job protecting the phone from typical teenage abuse. She is always in the go and her phone is always with her. We've had no issues with the phone at all and this case has taken a beating. Once it wears out we will buy another one like it.

Havde et cover som var gået i stykker indenfor kort tids brug.
Kontaktede Incipio’s amerikanske support på mail tirsdag og de svarede hurtigt tilbage, at de blot skulle bruge billeder af den defekte vare samt fulde adresse, så ville de kigge på reklamationen indenfor 3-4 dage.
Blot få timer efter var der svar retur om, at de havde sendt mig et nyt cover og at jeg kunne forvente at modtage det indenfor 7-14 hverdage. Fik desuden et trackingnummer, så forsendelsen kunne spores hele vejen til Danmark.
Men allerede efter 5 hverdage (tirsdag i ugen efter), afleverede Post Danmark det nye cover på min adresse.

De yder en supergod service og jeg vil ikke tøve med at købe flere produkter fra dem, da de står inde for deres produkter når de går i stykker og yder god support ved reklamationer.
