Contact was good to begin with and…
Contact was good to begin with and Indlu were approachable and friendly when booking/at viewings.
However, after we put in an offer on a property we were told we would hear back in a couple of days and one week later we have had no update on whether we were successful or when we should expect to hear back, not even a holding message to say if we are still being considered. We assume we have been unsuccessful but it would have been good to have confirmation of this.
Fortunately we have had an offer accepted on another property listed with another agent.

It is always good to hear feedback from our clients, especially when we can learn and improve on our service levels moving forward. It's fantastic reading all the positive reviews we've had since launching the business, and we are always looking for ways to improve.
What seems to have happened here is a miscommunication, for which we apologise. As standard procedure, we always notify the vendor of any offer on their property, as was the case with your offer. During your call with my colleague, I believe he mentioned that whilst your offer had been passed to the vendor, a higher bid had been subsequently placed and was now the bid actively under consideration.
Once again, please accept our apologies for what has occurred, however thank you for your honest appraisal of our service. I'm also pleased to hear that you have found a property and will be looking to move in the near future. We wish you the very best moving forward!

I rang Simon to make an appointment, he was round the next day and the following day came took wonderful photos which together with detailed description were online the same day. Within a week there were five viewings booked resulting in two offers.Twelve days after the property going online I have accepted an offer.The whole process has been amazing and is in stark contrast to my experience with an established local agent. Could not be bettered.

I owned an apartment in St Georges Island and had been advertising my property through another agent for three months. After changing to work with Simon and Mark at Inglu, I noticed how amazing the level of service was (even the photos were a step above) and I had 5 1st viewings in the first week of advertising. They were very informative and always there to answer questions throughout the process, whilst also being cheaper than the more traditional estate agents.
Would highly recommend!!!

I found indlu a very friendly and professional company to deal with, Simon the agent that attended my property was very pleasant and professional, I wanted a valuation and then time to consider what I wanted to do without been pressured, with indlu this is what I got unlike bridgefords who constantly contacted me trying to push me in to putting my property on the market ASAP, indlu however respected my wishes and left me alone to make my own mind up, Not only that their commission is a lot cheaper than the other estate agents with a no sale sale no fee policy, I would advise anybody to use indlu.

Fantastic, I cannot recommend this company enough! They are efficient, honest and very professional yet friendly. Unlike most estate agents I’ve delt with, Indlu actually know how to communicate well, I never had to chase them for anything. Buying through Indlu has made our experience of buying a house as strsigjt forward as can be. Thanks Indlu!

Simon, Katie and the whole team have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of selling our house! Quick and honest communication was extremely important for us, and they were able to deliver that to our needs (even outside of business hours) The team are very responsive and accommodating to urgent requests or changes - so much so that we were able to sell our house to a last minute viewer, that was only confirmed by text 30 mins prior to their first viewing. For anyone who has ever sold their house before, you’d know you have to do some chasing and nudging - and Katie has been fundamental in doing this, to help speed up the process and keep our case running smoothly along. I would highly recommend Indlu and would have no hesitation to use them again for our next move!

House Purchase
The agent got me around the property quickly and due to the interest invited best & final offers. I feel this is the fairest route for purchasers and can achieve competitive bidding for the seller. It was good to see an agent negotiating a deal rather than accepting the first offer received.
