Professional and friendly service
The audiologist and claims specialist were friendly and professional. They both explained what everything meant and the process and time frames expected, It was reassuring to have someone support my experience of hearing loss.

Mud rakers
Received unsolicited address mail, firstly seems like an odd marketing practice and a random product to try and sell to someone my age and with my work history.
Called to find out where they got my info from and was directed to 8 dragons digital who are completely uncontactable in order to opt out.
Seems I'll need to make a privacy complaint about both companies in order to get some answers here

I found the whole experience was challenging
I found the whole experience was well conducted
The only thing is I would write is it was never mentioned that answers to the questions asked were related to life experiences not just workplace specific
If I new this at the time my answers would have been different
