IHS = supportive
IHS has been very supportive throughout my claim. Even tho I’m at the start of the process I’ve found them to be thorough and great at keeping me informed as to my claims progress. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Here’s hoping for a satisfactory outcome!

I have a hearing problem and it's hard work dealing with ambulance chasers
I have a hearing problem and the female that contacted me spoke that quickly I had to keep getting her to repeat herself, I found them very pushy and I felt rushed and at the end of the phone conversation she said I should live a good review as she was hoping to get a promotion, honestly between these muffets and the ambulance chasing lawyers it's hardly worth the process, I sure everyone else is getting a better financial outcome than I will and I'm the one with the ear damage, So there you are Elizabeth the review you asked for

Fantastic ethics
Elizabeth continued to remain in contact with me updating the progress and helping with gathering information. Her customer relations was excellent putting me at ease in what could of been stressful claim. Even after their phase of investigation was completed I was offered support, thank you Beth.
