Very slow in processing claim and now have moved us to someone else and we have to start again. Very disappointed

Perfect and timely experience - it allowed me to have confirmed what I already know, I have considerable hearing loss. The whole process of testing, assessment, qualifying for free hearing aids and a potential claim for industrial hearing loss made for a very positive experience.

So far things have gone smoothly, but I still require auditioning testing.

Even though I didn’t qualified for compensation I was very happy with the way I was treated. The assessment was very professional and explained so you could understand. The video conversation was very respectful and truly tried hard to meet my needs. The outcome was not what I was hoping for, but the overall experience was exceptional, a very pleasant experience indeed, thank you all for your kindness

1. I got into see the hearing specialist on time. Plus she was pleasant to talk to and explained the hearing tests results really well.

2. Then onto the computer hook up straight after the hearing test. I had never done a hook up over a computer before. The young lady that I was talking to made the process very easy. Also, her explanation of everything was clear and easy to understand
