I didn’t know what to expect.
My appointment was on time, the audiologist was very friendly and helpful and with a lot of information.
The legal consultant by via video link was helpful and clear and made sure I understood everything.

The awareness of deafness affects…
The awareness of deafness affects thousands of people, I wasn’t lucky enough to have a claim as mine was before 1997, but if people have worked in noisy environments since then I would encourage them to contact you and hopefully get a claim. The service is excellent and the people really care. I was very satisfied with their work attitude and honesty. Again thank you very much again.

A new experience to me in Audio test
So comfortable throughout the entire process. The Audiologist, the attorney made me feel welcome and were by no means bias towards results. I had free choice and explanations though lengthy, I was given terms of understanding with no sign of hidden from staff....thanks for making this a pleasant experience
