This has to be the worst company I’ve…
This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t get sucked in by this company, they take your details , send you off for a test, then leave you in the hands of absolutely useless lawyers in Sydney called HRAC, after weeks of trying to get them to put the claim in to the correct claim agents, in my case commonwealth not state, they finally sent me out the forms with not only the wrong dates of my employment, but even typed in a entirely different company to that which I worked for. Approx 20 emails, phone calls and even Comcare contacting these lawyers to correct them where to send the claim agents, four months later I was still waiting to even put a claim in. As a consequence I dismissed these as my representatives . Industrial hearing refused me the right to talk to senior management and just kept saying you have to take it up with HARC. I cannot believe the actions and incompetence of these so called professionals. Don’t be fooled into thinking they are a government agency, as they try and make believe by their tv ads. This is as shonky as they get and should be investigated. I have since put in a claim myself it’s not that hard.
