Industrial Metal Services Opiniones

A little late, but worth waiting for delivery,

Great driver called in advance and very helpfull

From ordering to delivery this transaction was perfect.
I can't praise this company enough, the speed, the assistance and the pleasantness of the staff was unbelievably high. If I could I would rate them 200%.

Delivery and quality of material are excellent. The problems I am experiencing is to do with your admin, I am not receiving invoices. I had to phone on two occasions, on 1 I received a copy the same day, the second I am still waiting.

Easy to order - delivered to local store and collection simple.

Great service, delivered as stated. Very helpful driver.

Order needed to be adjusted due to original supplier stock shortage, this was handled very well and was even able to add additional items.
However several of the cladding panels arrived damaged! It was not possible to ascertain whether this damage occurred during IMS transport or after transfer to local distributor.

Good quick service & prompt delivery

I used this firm a few times with work and purchasing steel through work for fabrication jobs. No problems and easy to deal with. Have also used them for private jobs for myself and ordered steel for delivery at home address, again all good 👍🏻

Good service,sales staff very knowledgeable.

Quick service, friendly delivery driver. Good communications.

Great service for our urgent order. Tom was super helpful and made the process very easy from start to finish.
Excellent service!

Really good company to deal with !! Their lorry delivery driver was absolutely brilliant, phoned in advance, had to re-divert him a few miles down the road. Everything was no bother, and delivered perfectly. Will use again

It was great experience work IMS

Website easy to use, product available in one week, warehouse staff very helpful

Fabulous quality products at a very reasonable price 👌

I was told by our structural engineer what to buy. They were on the shelf and easy to order. Arrived on time as promised. Great service and competitive in price. All round great service. You deserve your 5 stars. Thanks

Cut to order, shot blasted and primed made our job so much easier. 11 different lengths of column and angle. Free delivery and all to match our delivery needs in less then a week. Excellent service and good prices. Many thanks.

Two missed delivery dates, no one knew what was going on and the item was supposed to be shot blasted and primed. By the time it got to me it barely had any primer left on it. Used the company as they are local, would look elsewhere next time.
