Found the website easy to use, found what we needed. Order arrived in good time. Not something we would need on a regular basis, we needed to replacement treads for a staircase that had been. Would use again should the need arise.

We are a small company but are treated with the care and curtesy of a large organisation. Gaynor, our sales contact is a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge and friendly nature is an asset to the company. She can be relied upon to process the orders and enquiries promptly and goes above and beyond to keep us fully informed and updated as needed.
The drivers also deserve a mention. They too are friendly and keep us informed of expected delivery times which is a great help to us.
