I ordered two 500 gm packs of Shrewsbury biscuits online. And i was scammed. A package was delivered by Amazon Shipping. To my horror, the packed contained one empty but squashed box at the bottom, and one empty intact box on top. I brought it to their notice, even sharing a video of the package. Interestingly, the height of the outer box (packaging) was not enough to accommodate two boxes, which is why one box was squashed and placed at the bottom. Instead of apologising and agreeing to send a replacement, Indygood said they would take it up with the courier company. Indygood first claimed that all packing is done in-house and products go through a strict quality check. When confronted with the video, Indygood claimed that the courier company has changed the outer box. Typical diversionary nonsense! There was thieving and I suffered. No apologies. No compensation.

Received a expired date product, tryed calling and also emailed them but no reply, looks like they are cheating customers.

Lost money as half of the shipment never arrived. Not responding over emails.
Phone no is not working.

They are true fraud. There is no option for pay on delivery. Once you pay online you will never receive your product. Top of above they never pick phone or respond. So guys be careful.

I am deeply disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and delivery standards. I placed an order for a vegan oat latte worth ₹900, with a promised delivery time of one week. Not only was there zero communication or status updates, but after waiting an entire month, I received the wrong product. Despite repeated attempts, no one responded to my calls or messages. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Please be cautious — do not waste your money ordering from this page."

Didn't know until after I placed the order that this is swadindia website with a new name.

I ordered coffee sachets, eggless cake from this site. Only cake, that too made with eggs was delivered. No response from customer support mail regarding this.

Also, an earlier order I placed in swadindia website on 01/01/2024 is still showing under process. These guys are frauds.

These guys are not legitimate. I was following up regarding an order. The customer service number listed on their website is switched off. They don't respond on their whatsapp number unless you ping them repeatedly. They then blocked me just because I used multiple questions marks and exclamation points. They called it "aggressive behaviour". Not even sure if the company is actually called Indygood or something else.

They are scammers. Took my money and blocked my number.

Thieves .. Scammers... do not engage.
Order never got delivered.. no response from customer service and no refund ...

Wrong item sent and they do not respond thereafter..it is expensive chocolate but no courtesy whatsoever

Products sent were wrong items. Chocolates delivered were old and completely melted. Although there is a refund policy there is actually zero customer service . No one responds

Pathetic. Send STALE stuff with less than a month expiry date. All chocolates were in edible. Very very stale and dry.

There was acknowledgement by Indygood +91 80102 45198 and their shipper Fship +91 93559 01321. Radio silence after that. Total frauds

It's a scam! I ordered some rice crackers 1 month ago and my money was simply gone. No response on their contact number or whatsapp number.
